Very professional set up and help.
I found all the details that I needed for my purchase of the Audio-Technica Bluetooth AT-LP60XBT Turntable + Edifier R1010BT speakers package very clearly on the website. Once ordered, the turntable and speaker package arrived promptly and was well wrapped. Unfortunately I quickly realised that I needed a remote control set up, and Peter was excellent in his handling of this swap out, including sending me a label for the posting of the speakers back to him. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Very pleased apart from website
Very pleased with price and product offering well packaged and delivered free next day. My only issue is the website is in need of improvement very clunky and difficult to navigate if you want to order more than one product. But would recommend this company

Status 570 Ariel and WiFi
Status 570 Ariel and WiFi delivery received fine although it wasn’t next day as expected, but they kept me informed
WiFi side of package is very poor my phone has better reception and that is poor
I would send it back if it wasn’t fitted to my motor home
So now I just have a expensive Ariel for the tv
I’m really fed up and dissatisfied

First time buyer, excellent service
I used this company for the first time, to buy a new hifi system. Pricing was excellent and super fast delivery. I also got the invoice and the tracking straight through. I had a small issue with set up (a me problem) and their customer care team contacted me within a day to solve the issue. Excellent service, I will use them again.
