I had to chase delivery after four days to find it was waiting to be collected by Royal Mail. I have cancelled the order and ordered overnight with Binders. This is very unusual as we have always had really good service.

Hi Douglas, thanks for your feedback, we have looked into this and found the problem was on our end with royal mail. Your order was in stock and ready to go but failed to be collected by Royal Mail. This has now been resolved so any orders going forward which are in stock should leave us the same day if ordered before 4pm. For better tracking info we suggest sticking to DPD Next Working Day Delivery. We hope you can give us a better review on your next order :)

Delivery let down
Product was fine, as described and well packed.
Delivery was not, DPD delivery person did not even attempt to deliver to me on the Saturday that I had paid for and also didn't drop off at the nearest collection shop until after 5pm the next day.
