Whilst our landlords are not very amenable, Harrie at Direct residential has been excellent as is Linda Farouk and the lady that does our 6 month checks.
Response is fast albeit there are usually delays created by the landlords.

Direct residential is hands down the best lettings agency I have ever had to deal with. I was worried about my move to the London area as I had heard horror stories of landlords and letting agencies in the south.
But direct residential have been nothing but extremely kind and accommodating to me. I had a leak in my kitchen which unfortunately caused some damage to the flooring. Direct residential were so quick to come round, assess the damage and get the leak fixed. They even got me brand new flooring put in just in time for Christmas! I’m so pleased that they were able to fix everything so quickly.

They kept me up to date with all the work being done on the flat via WhatsApp and calls, made sure I was always in the loop. And even rushed over at midnight when I had been silly and got locked out!

Wonderful self run lettings agency that strive to care for their tenants. Direct residential clearly hold their values close to home. What every lettings agency should be like! Thanks so much guys! Your awesome.

I’m planning on staying in my apartment for quite some time. Partly because I know that this lettings agency will take care of my apartment and us!
