The best agency out there!
This is the best agency for lettings and rental arrangements. I've dealt with other agencies and none of them gave me the help and support that I got from Direct Residential. They offered me a solution for all my problems and assisted me all along the way. Special shout out to Harrie who was always on top of sorting out my issues! ❤️

Ive always had very fast reaponses, any issue has always been resolved and above all else everybody is so lovely with how they deal with and talk to me. They've e been accomodating qnd understanding and i couldnt ask for better 😊

A great lettings agency - I would recommend 100%
My experience with having Direct Residential as the letting agent was great from start to finish of my tenancy. They really helped and supported me with getting selected as the tenant, but then also worked hard to ensure my move out preferences are dates were made (and its really not often you get an agency who would do that!) Also, if I had any issues at all with my property, they were supportive and got the issue resolved at the quickest convenience and always so responsive on email. I would 100% recommend Direct Residential to friends in the future.

Have been dealing with both Harrie and Nick and whilst my landlord is not the most reasonable man my dealings with these two have been professional, prompt and easy.
They are both lovely people who seem to genuinely care about the tenants welfare which is unusual as the landlord is their employer.

I thank you all staff from this letting agency that helped me move in my new rental in less than a week. They have done their best to assist me through all the legal/ paperwork process and kept in touch with me for every step until I got the keys to my new place.
Moreover, something broke down soon after moving in and they sorted the problem the same day. So, I am very pleased with how efficient, helpful and pleasant their service was.

Professional and prompt
Just a few days ago we signed the contract for our new flat. All agents that we interacted from Direct Residential Epsom did all their best to advise us with the best route to take and handled our request very professionally, timely and with clear instructions. Highly recommended!

My experience with Direct residential has been amazing so far, we have been at our apartment for around 5 months, they are were great during the process of moving and did the inventory very fast. Have also fixed the minor issues with the bath promptly :) really enjoying the apartment
