Purchased a nearly new car from D.M Keith on 18th Jan following some lengthy email communication with Wiktoria. Was able to secure a mutually agreeable deal and drove 4.5 hrs from Scotland to Hull for collection. As Wiktoria was weekend off, I was well looked after by her colleague Jack who took time to welcome me, meticulously carry out the administrative paperwork and procedures and thereafter demonstrate the workings of the vehicle to me. I cannot fault this excellence in customer service and Jack went on to send me an item that I had inadvertently left in my trade in as well as expediting a resolution to a very small issue that I later discovered. My experience thus far is that it was certainly worth the journey and can only highly recommend the D.M Keith sales team to others. Very well done. 👏 Thank you.

Rip off! Put my Superb in for a diagnostic test as engine light was on. DM Keith did their own compulsory Health Check which came in at about £900 not including fixing the engine light issue. I had to ask repeatedly about the engine light. They charged me £924 to resolve engine issue (not including their £900 Health Check). Within 20 minutes of driving away the engine light was back on. They had not road tested the car! Took car back and they ‘fixed’ the light. A month later the light is back on. I also took all the recommendations from their Health Check to a local garage who did all the work for £460. Total rip off.

Absolutely disgusting service, booked The day of as my van has that many faults it's unbelievable, service department at Bradford said drop it off at 0900we will have it ready for 1700so full of shxt, it never moved from where I parked it up, service lass said I've phoned twice, bxxlsxxt you have, I would really recommend people use a different Ford franchise as these are incompetent same review Will be put on Google

We've been with you now for a few years and have always found the customer service to be excellent, you always keep us updated when purchasing a new vehicle and it's a seamless journey from start to finish.
Our most recent purchase was neither planned or intended. We'd gone just for a service for air con. Saw the new Fabia which caught our eye and thought we'd enquire. That's when we were introduced to Jack Downing in the Hull Beverley High Road showroom.
Even though he was new to Skoda, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, super efficient and professional. He answered all our queries, getting advice from a more senior sales exec before confirming with us and one hour later, we'd paid a deposit on a new Fabia!!
But that was only the start of his support; throughout the next few weeks whilst we were waiting for the car to arrive, he kept us fully updated and always got in touch when he said he would. This is our 5th car with Skoda, the 4th new vehicle, and we were over the moon to learn from Jack that we were his first New sale!!!
Skoda you should be extremely proud of recruiting Jack- he is amazing and a shining example of what a customer needs. We hope he is still with you when we return in 3 years. Whilst we are praising this service, there's a 2nd person we want to shout out!! Alex Stratton who is in sales.
We always purchase accessories for the car and Jack introduced us to Alex, who was really friendly and very helpful. Alex talked us through our needs of all new rubber mats for interior and boot, and said he would personally ensure they would be ready and fitted for when the car arrived. He also gave us a great price, and we appreciate he took the time to do this.
Skoda, you should be really proud of Jack and Alex, they are a shining example of what good service looks like and we are proud to say we are loyal customers who will keep returning whilst you employ staff like these xxx thank you from Glenn and Sharon

Ordered and took delivery of a new all-electric Ford Explorer. D M Keith Leeds service and support has been first class from all concerned, but Mia Warriner in particular.
Additionally, just had my Ford Edge in for some service work with same dealer and found the service team very helpful and communicative.

I have been a returning customer for many years. I have tried a couple of other dealership but always migrate back to DM Keith due to the excellent customer service. The salesman are always transparent and honest, I always know that they will try their best to get me the best deal they can offer. The thing I appreciate most is the after sales service, a phone call here and there to make sure your happy. In the unlikely event of an issue, I know it will be dealt with effiently and professionally. I've had Seat, and Skoda in the past but currently ive prurchased a BYD Dolphin. Was in D.M Keirh Skoda in York yesterday. We bought a car off Alex yesterday and what exceptional polite customer service we had. We even had the manager coming round making sure we was ok and drinks while we ordered etc. Yes its business but we went to Hyundai, Honda, MG yesterday and 2 out of the 3 slouched in chairs couldnt be bothered. These guys put themselves out so we went back to them in the end to buy again.. Doing a fantastic job it matters.

Jack Downing dealt with us today to hand over our new Enyaq. As this was our first Electric car there was a lot to go through and he went through everything at a pace we could follow. Asked us if there was anything else we needed to know or wanted to know. He connected our phones to the car and set up the ŠKODA app. Can’t fault the service at all from the staff.

Called into DM Keith Hull whilst looking at buying a new car.
No pressure when we came in just a friendly greeting from Jack.
Having looked at a few models Jack arranged for several test drives of the vehicles I was interested in - again with no sales pressure at all.
Good knowledge of the vehicles and availability of stock made for a great experience.
The showroom was very clean and had a good range of vehicles to view.

I hate buying cars always feel pressured and takes hours to get a price sorted.
We bought a Skoda Kodiaq from Suzanna from DM Keith in Bradford made it so easy to decide, she was easy going no pressure it made us feel happier in buying a car, her attitude and personalty was first class.

I have a service plan which includes a courtesy vac and wash. Once again I did not receive either. Very disappointing. They were more concerned about trying to sell me new front shock absorbers for £1000.00 on a Skoda Octavia which has only covered 24,000 miles in 5 years. They were supposedly misting. I have run Toyota's and Ford's and never had to have new shock absorbers.
