I wish I had read the reviews before I chose doddle at Morrisons. I arranged for my tickets to be delivered to Morrisons so that I could collect them when I returned from holiday. . I had confirmation from DPD that my tickets were delivered to Morrisons on 29th July. On 2nd August I went to Morrisons to collect.
They had a “Doddle” cupboard but my tickets were not in there. They sent me to some lockers outside, but they were for a different company and my QR code was not recognised. I went back into the store and was persistent. They eventually found my tickets in an open box on the floor in customer services. These tickets cost me £200. In my opinion, there’s either a lack of procedure or its not being followed. I won’t knowingly use doddle again. I am not blaming the customer assistant, she was as baffled as I was and did search for the tickets.

Took a parcel back to M and S food in St-Anne’s 4/8/21 still no refund what a rubbish system I have the right tracking no on the card I was given but when you put your no in it doesn’t tell you much wake up Marks you need to do a whole lot better

I arranged to send my parcel at dpd and i drop it in doddle morrison after 2 wks all i thought that it was on its way to the reciever i track it almost everyday until after 2 wks when i contact the dpd that’s when I found out that it hasn’t been send yet I was really really disappointed and up to now i dont know where’s my parcel

Been waiting since 28th February for a parcel that had been dropped off at Horsforth. The sender has been in the shop twice to find out why I have not received it and has sent me photos of it still waiting to be collected by DPS. Shop staff told him the scanner wasn't working !! 3 weeks is unacceptable

I returned a small package to M&S Falkirk foodstore branch on 17th February and was given a card with my return reference no. MSR02064059. It stated on the card that it would take 7 to 10days for this to be credited back to my account. This is now 9th March and still nothing and when I try to track it merely says it is en route. Hopeless! I hope M&S are smart enough to realise this must be losing them business.

Complete nonsense. It wasn’t even obvious I had ordered on click and collect, as I paid £3:95 for delivery. On arrival at Morrison’s the guy on the click and collect van said I needed to go to the lockers and scan my QR code. It didn’t recognise that, nor my phone number. Phoned the number on the lockers and after a long chat, was told the lockers were someone else and not for me. Inside Morrison’s the customer service girl finally came off her texting on her phone to retrieve my parcel. Never again, my friends.
The store was at Anchorage Park, Portsmouth.

Dropped off my return (as instructed by the company I purchased from) at a DPD doddle store (Morrison’s in Cardiff) and given a parcel slip. When I enter the numbers it says wrong amount (there are 9). I’ve tried taking off the first digit, then the last digit both of which show parcels previously delivered that are not mine!

I have 2 tracking number from DPD and 2 numbers from Doddle drop off shop. After 1 week no info, went back, they said the delivery guy took them...
From 25 November until today nothing, Dpd confirmed they have no info for the 2 big parcels,Everything stops at Doodle. this won’t stay like that. I will go to Police, consumer protection, social media and all is needed.
All I want the content of my parcels,
I don’t care if an employee misplaced them or found them- i won’t put any question- just contact me if you care for your customers! I will provide the name of the shops and you can talk with your employees!!!!!it is outrageous!!!!2 big parcels!! I will only pick them back if you can help me.

I returned an item to my local M and S foodstore. I've waited 15 days and still no refund. I went into the store today and they couldn't tell me where my parcel was either. They are going to contact me with more information. I wish I had read the reviews before using this method of return.
Very disappointed. Why is Marks & Spencer using such a rubbish service provider? I won't be ordering anything online again due to this. Hopefully one day I will receive my refund.

I was informed on two different occasions that parcels of mine were ready to be collected at, ‘Doddle at Morrisons.’ I arrived morning after for both parcels, one had already being sent back to Boden and yesterday the other had been returned to a DPD’s local depot, and no one appears to be able to resend it to Morrisons; so I had to cancel the order. I’m will not use that facility, again.

Never ever using Doddle again. Sent a parcel at the Morrison’s Bishop Auckland Doddle. Parcel hasn’t entered DPD network since. Went to store yesterday, staff advised they ‘forgot’ to send it. A day later (today) it still hasn’t been sent to DPD. I PAID for next day shipping. Disgraceful. No one is able to help.
Can I have a manager to contact me and actually sort this mess out??

Dropped a DPD parcel off on Monday for delivery supposedly by Friday to Germany, could be interesting as has not moved from Morrison’s Kettering.
Really pathetic response as have just been to Morrisons today full of parcels and I was told DPD not collecting.

Would never use this service again. Tracking a return doesn’t really exist as it is extremely difficult to find and when you eventually find the correct website it really only tells you when you handed the parcel into M and S Simply Foods. After 38 days called M and S Customer Services to get a refund sorted, with my parcel seemingly lost in transit. This experience has put me off shopping at M&S online they should rethink their returns method quickly.

I am having so much trouble getting my parcel delivered to doddle from DPD. They sent me a QR scan tab and all the machine tells me is that it is not valid. When I phoned DPD they said oh dear phone the company that sent your parcel, which happens to be in America. I still can’t get my parcel out. So far I feel like someone has taken my property! I will never use this facility again.
