I have used doddle before and had no issues, but doddle has now disappeared from both of my local morrisons. Can you please tell me where I can go to return my amazon parcel now? Been searching for a phone number to contact doddle on but can not find one anywhere.

Returned item twice here without problem, free and easy.
However last time I went the staff member has no clue how to return an item. I stood there for 10 minutes and after that he finally found a senior just to tell me 'Sorry sir we don't have paper for the receipt so we cannot process your return' When asked when they will have the paper he could not even give me an answer.

Dropped a package off at Morrisons in Eccles last week. Received no confirmation that the package was received and no confirmation from the retailer that the package has been received.
Went to their website to submit a form for investigation (/help/contact-us/) but there is no form there. There is also no contact email or phone to chase up about this.
Where is my return?!

Used Doddle to return an Amazon parcel, free of charge, no need to repackage, just needed a barcode on phone. Quick & easy. Got email updates within an hour, and refund within 12 hours.
But, is it not available for ALL small/medium items. Just looked and my only option today is the £3.99 Hermes drop off, not worth it for a ten quid item. Hope Amazon have not stopped using Doddle.

I Wanted to return a package from Amazon through Doodle at Glasgow Partick Morrison’s, but they have told me that the computer is not working and that it would take at least two weeks to be repaired. Then next Doodle shop is not walking distance from me. If I would have known this in advance, I would have to use the many other options that I Amazon provided to send the package back. Now I’m stuck with the Doodle label. How can it be that it takes at least two weeks to repair the system?

I left my package at Wakefield Morrisons on 6th January. I received no receipt for drop off. I have not had an email as they promised and also a week later no communications from either Doddle or Amazon. Am very worried...

Arranged a return pick up with Doddle only to find the Yeovil drop off point in Morrisons had been out of order for 7 days. Tried the next closest drop off at Glastonbury Morrisons, 13 miles away, as we were going that way. But they could not accept due to connection problems with their equipment. Pretty poor.

Ordered a parcel to my local doddle which I have tracked and been informed is at the Doddle location. Have not receiver a confirmation and collection code from Doddle. Tried to contact Doddle online via their form and it will not submit as keeps saying invalid data! There is no contact number for Doddle and the retailer I have placed the order with is adamant that Doddle have the package! Now have no way of contacting Doddle and the parcel was for my son's first Christmas present!

I contacted Doddle through twitter about a lack of receipt for a return. They got back to me within minutes with a code I could use as an alternative if I experienced any problems, even though the fault lay with ASOS. Great service. Thanks.

I received a different size item to the one I ordered so had to send it back. I went to my nearest Morrison's(as advised by Amazon returns) and the process was quick & easy. That was on the 1st November! I keep checking where the status of the return is and it just says return has started and the item is on its way back. What I can't understand is how Amazon can get a parcel delivered to you on the same day but then cannot refund you for weeks. Whether the morrisons stores only have a courier twice a week still doesn't make sense of the fact that I have still not seen the tracking on my return change since it eventually left the store. Come on Amazon, this service needs to greatly improve. I have been waiting to purchase something else using my refunded money but am getting slightly impatient at this inadequate service. Amazon service on the whole is above & beyond amazing but this returns service completely let's it down. Why is there not a same day or next day returns courier for prime customers like there is when we purchase an item. Hope to get refunded very soon but still waiting!

I'm giving 3*, because the Doddle / Morrisons hook-up feels like a work in progress. Briefly:
[1] SPEED OF DELIVERY: my return was booked in on 23rd Oct & received by Amazon on the 31st, which is slow by today's standards;
[2] TRACKING CODE: I learned one important thing from an earlier exchange on Trustpilot - namely, that a Doddle tracking code is embodied in the QR Code supplied by Amazon;
[3] DODDLE WEBSITE: a query I had for Doddle would only submit when I removed the attachment. That said, I received a helpful reply within ca. 20 minutes, which is very good, particularly as it was ca. 5pm on a Sunday.
Finally, to reach a 5* review, I would want to see speedier delivery & a more helpful website that really promotes the tracking code & streamlines query submission. Doddle, it's all about reassuring the customer & there's not enough of that at the moment.

Went into Morrisons to collect my Doddle parcel, the staff were at the counter and the handset was at the counter too. 3 members of staff were stood talking doing no work. I asked for my parcel. "Oh sorry the doddle collections are closed now come back tomorrow"
The store was open for another 2 hours and there was no reason they couldn't have served me. Lazy staff

Doddle by name doddle by nature - they certainly doddle with the parcels. Need to keep up the speed like Asda for returns. I have already received my refund from pretty little thing I returned to pod in Asda after about 3 days and the other parcel I put thru doddle and it hasn’t even left the shop yet.

Wanted to return an amazon item so thought I'd try their doddle service as the drop off centre wasn't far away. Took the parcel in and was told by staff that there was nobody in who knew how to work the scanner (was the weekend) and could I come back Monday. Ugh. Came back Monday, staff scanned the qr code and attached a label to the parcel saying I would receive an email confirming return. I felt uncomfortable leaving without some kind of receipt and never received my confirmation email. Tried tracking it a few times but after a week of my parcel still showing as "in transit" I contacted amazon again who provided me with a full refund and said the parcel had just been received that day. Took a whole week! Stick to Royal Mail. Doddle is a joke!

Return an item to Amazon via a Doddle pickup. Unfortunately I left a wallet and Passport in the item. I was due to go on holiday a week later. Contacted Amazon who check there logistic data base and contacted Doddle to trace the returned item. Within a couple of hours Doddle had found the missing Passport and arrange next day delivery, at no cost to me. Absolutely brilliant customer service. They really pulled out all the stops. I was able to go on holiday.
