Do not use this service

I was due to receive two parcels to my local supermarket via DPD. It was a rigmarole from beginning to end. Would not recommend using this service.

Wish I had read the reviews before…

Wish I had read the reviews before using doddle.
I had a delivery on its way via Dpd, but didn’t want them to leave it in the porch. I got an email saying it was ready at doddle at Morrison’s. Couldn’t see anything with the doddle name. So I asked, it’s the white thing outside, I went there it didn’t recognise the barcode.
I have no clue what to do, by the looks of things neither do the staff.

I have returned a parcel to my local…

I have returned a parcel to my local M&S grocery store. On 30th September. Still waiting for refund. The doodle website says enroute. Doesn’t know what that means. Spoke to someone at the no provided by M&S. The person on phone wasn’t helpful at all. How to get my refund?

Still waiting for my refund

I returned a coat to my local food store (where it had been originally delivered) on 28th September 2020 and received a refund tracking code. 15 days later, after checking the doddle tracking site there is no information at all. What has happened with M&S refund systems, they are slow and not customer friendly. Information please.

Returned 2 items on 1st Sept.at my…

Returned 2 items on 1st Sept.at my local food store and was given 2 tracking numbers via Doddle...well its no Doddle . To date it is still showing that it has not left. Rang M&S who I am sorry to say could not help.
Really need to get back doing this job themselves as before.

Not good

Nothing changed on the site in a week, yet I have had confirmation that I should receive refund in 3-5 days, according to Doddle it's still en route!

Doddle is useless - a clue in the name I suggest!

Go to website given by Marks & Spenser instore returns to track return - enter carefully three times - site just wants to sell you domain's etc - simply useless

I returned two items to an M&S foodhall…

I returned two items to an M&S foodhall and was given a tracking number, this went as far as telling me that my returns were en route the depot.......and that's it. Over two weeks later i've not had my money back and i can't track the return. This is by far the most difficult online returns process i've encountered and it's put me off using the service

Doddle is a rubbish site don't use it!

I have recently returned 4 parcels to M&S via Doddle have not received my refunds yet!! I find the site extremely frustrating cannot find anyway of checking the tracking advice. Useless site, would not bother to use this method again, and will have to take returns to the store, but I was trying to avoid doing this due to the current situation. Will take this up with M&S and suggest they find a reliable alternative!

Wast of Time…

What a waste of time incorrect website address for Doddle recorded on card given to me for my return at an M & S Food Hall. Eventually found the correct website address after checking the reviews for Doddle and your not even able to track the item, it just gives you the date and time you returned the item, very frustrating and disappointing.

Beyond useless - that's info from M&S

I had thought that returning something to Marks would be simple. The website given on the receipt you get - www.poweredby...etc - only leads to a list of websites to try. Not one is of any use at all.

Lesson learnt: don't buy from M&S online

OK, and many thanks. After Doddle's reply it seems that the web address on the receipt provided by Marks is wrong. However Doddle is acting like thought-police in that it won't let me tell you what that is. (Who do they think they are? Consumers are supposed to be intelligent people). Your clue is: if the word 'tracking' is missing from the link, it's useless. Use the address in Doddle's answer and you will get some info.

Unable to track!!

I appreciate and understand Doddle's comment on my review to explain they only provide the technology for M&S returns but are not involved in the transport and refund of the orders.
