Attempted to use my ‘local’ doddle location. Wouldn’t accept my return as they have lost the book with the log in details. “Come back again another day” - what when my return code goes out of date?
Will put me off buying from Amazon.

Well I can’t even find a doodle location to return my parcel to! States enter post code to find nearest drop off, have done that about 20 times and nothing happens!! Never mind hassles with refund!! Absolutely ridiculous!

I used Doddle for the first time today to return a parcel to Amazon. I was into Morrisons and out within two minutes and received an Amazon refund email within minutes.
Excellent. No packing!

I recently returned three parcels to Amazon via Doddle. It was the first and last time for me using this excuse for a courier.
I made three seperate returns in my local Morissons and was told I would receive email confirmation and tracking details rather than a paper receipt. Given the combined value of the items, I felt reluctant to just walk away but did anyway. 48 hours later, I still had no email confirmation or tracking details.
I emailed Doddle to request the tracking details as my Amazon account showed that I had requested a refund but not actually sent anything back. In fairness to Doddle, they replied very quickly. The reply was totally irrelevant to what I'd asked for and they tried to just brush me off, but they were quick about it. I replied stating that they had ignored my request for tracking information and it was only after numerous emails back and forth that I received the information I asked for from a Team Supervisor. Surely it shouldn't require a supervisor to provide tracking information?!
In a nutshell, my experience of this company is that they are at best unprofessional and at worst incompetent. A week later and I'm still waiting for Amazon to refund me, as my account still shows they're still waiting for me to return the stuff.
Avoid Doddle and avoid stress. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. Awful experience.

Once again, Doddle disregard what was said and give an irrelevant answer. I wanted tracking details, not a receipt. Fools.

Atrocious.
Hand in to Morrisons and they don't really know the score.
Parcels in middle of store and they could go missing or mislaid.
My package was so mis-handled that even a double row of sticky tape over something that would need a stanley knife got ripped,
Then no notification of progress of route and now the parcels lost.
Contact number? Help? Forget it.

Tried my local Morrison's store to return a Amazon item , they did not have any Amazon packaging or bags and were unable to provide any proof of posting. What an absolute nightmare to try and return an item. This system is not fit for purpose !

Returned an item to Amazon on 02 August, as of today the 16th August it's still not with them.
No proof of return provided by Morrisons supermarket who took the parcel, packaged and allegedly sent the parcel. So am without a refund still.

Wanted to return an incorrect Amazon item. I chose Doddle as the means of return, and the only shop within miles is my local Morrisons. 3 visits to the shop and their scanner was not working once, and returns refused.
There was no way to alter the returns method at Amazon, so it was necessary to post it myself at cost.
Suspect Amazon, Doddle and Morrisons all guilty of rushing out this service, and I would advise to avoid for the time being.

Huge delays and terrible communication.
I dropped a Gymshark package off at a local store to be collected by Doddle... five weeks later and numerous visits to the store and emails to Doddle and my package had vanished. No one was helpful and no one was able to give me any update.
There is no telephone number for Doddle and they do not respond to emails in a timely manner.
I used the online chat service with Gymshark and they refunded the total cost of my returns package instantly.
Gymshark rectified a problem in under 1 minute that had taken Doddle 5 weeks.

Dropped of my Amazon return on Monday and checked with Amazon on Thursday to find they had not received it. Could not track on doddle website as I did not have a tracking number, just a QR code. Tried using the doddle contact form but this would not allow me to upload the QR code. Finally got a tracking number and looked on their website which confirmed I had dropped off on Monday and it had been picked up. Check progress again on the Firiday only to see the website claimed I had dropped the return of on Thursday. This was a lie. The website also showed it had only just left the shop. Again different to what it had said earlier. Doddle has not responded to my emails. Amazon has not received my return. Terrible company.
Update 5/8/19. My returned item still missing.

I have had numerous packages “lost”, I have had to chase the companies MYSELF to get my money back, despite Doodle, loosing everything. The people who run their twitter account are externally rude, unhelpful and plain incompetent. I have raised numerous issues of this particular store for weeks and weeks, I have put in complaints and have received the most generic response. I have had numerous twitter arguments (via direct messages) with their agent about my packages and I have had enough. There is no phone (that I can see) to call someone and they are refusing to actually help, blaming the retailer for not responding, when in fact, a simple message from myself got me a refund within 2 hours, something Doodle could not achieve in 6 weeks
OMG!! How I wish I'd googled this company before I trusted them with my high value item. It left Morrisons on the day I trusted them to return it but has disappeared into the ether. I now need to steel myself for, according to the reviews, what will be a complete headache in order to track the item and get a refund. I could scream. What a joke of a company.

Absolute rubbish, doesn't even deserve one star! I have ordered 4 items from Amazon, on 3 separate orders this past week. All items were on Prime delivery and should have been delivered the next day. I know they have been delivered as the lady at the counter confirmed they had arrived. However, according to the online tracking information they are still "out for delivery". I therefore haven't received the necessary collection codes and was turned away. I am unable to collect them and if I dont receive the codes within the next few days, the items will be returned. Ridiculous!
