Buyer beware!
After deciding the sling was not suitable for my use, I returned the item tracked and signed for, the item was received by Dog Snug, but I have never had notification that the item has been received. I have sent several emails trying to make contact with Dog Snug but with no reply, they do not list a telephone number to contact them on.
Luckily I paid for the item through PayPal and have raised a dispute with them….maybe they will get a reply from Dog Snug.
Just an acknowledgment that they have received my emails and are dealing with my refund would be a bonus.

The coat is a great fit and keeps my mini dachshund warm and dry even in the worst conditions. This is the second one I’ve purchased and will definitely get more.

I love the coat is a fleece but also water runs of it. Keeping my mini sausage warm and dry. I ordered the coat with harness access. This is great as I've shopped around and struggled to find a coat with this. Fast delivery highly recommend

I bought a very nice carry bag for my dog which is too big. I have been in touch with you to ask how I send it back so I can buy a smaller one. No one been back to me. Woukd appear you happily take money but don’t follow through on customer service. So left with a carry sling I can’t use.

Lovely well made garments that keeps my dog well protected from the rain especially his belly given as a dachshund thus is so low to the ground Also a great colour and delivered quickly

Love dogsnug products. Now have 5 jumpers for my 2 daxies. The fit is excellent and the fabric is so soft and water resistant which keeps their tummies and chests dry during walks. My boy has alapecia and I know he will be warm and comfy in his jumper all day

Excellent product! My little dachshund loves it. Super soft and comfortable to wear. Practical and stylish! Quick delivery over the Christmas period and I appreciated the additional packaging of the tote bag.
Looking forward to using on longer walks and being able to take Winston along now too!

After recently purchasing the simply fantastic Dachshund Dog Carrier I decided return to Dogsnug to try to solve the mystery of why my sausage dog hasn’t really taken to ANY of the numerous coats I’ve purchased for him over the years.

The night and rain fleece jackets have been an absolute revelation! For the first time ever, these perfectly fitting and warm jackets have led to him not getting utterly miserable when the coat comes out of the drawer for his walk! More importantly, they’ve even resulted in ending the continual stopping and shaking every 50 yards on his walk! Easy to put on, remove and wash, these coats not only look fantastic but they’re extremely user friendly and make life so much easier. And I never thought I’d say this but my dog, Dave, absolutely loves them.

I would absolutely recommend these coats to anyone and a massive well done to dogsnug for yet another fantastic product that simply works better than the rest.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I ordered two coats on the 7th November and returned one for an exchange. Received a confirmation email on the 1st December confirming they would be be providing a replacement. Despite nunerous emails from me nothing further from them further. HAVE LEFT MESSAGES ON A MOBILE - CANT GET THROUGH TO THE SHOP - CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT

My dog loves it, its comfy, warm, sturdy and supports his back well ( he is a dachshund) nice olive green colour and has a big front pocket perfect to carry his water, treats etc.. would recommend it!

My husband and I were looking for a carrier for our puppy mini dachshund, he had some targeted ads from Dogsnug on Instagram and after a search, saw they had a store in Stoke Newington.

I went there after work and was greeted by the lovely staff in there, who were super helpful and knowledgeable (of course they were, they ran the business) and after finding out they hand make a lot of their accessories, I decided to buy.

We’ve used the Puppy carrier in our trip to Edinburgh and our pup was so comfortable in it that he falls asleep. I’m glad we took their advice and bought the size up as this would be a shame for him to outgrow so quick. It’s great quality and sturdy. I would say maybe slightly more padding in the shoulder strap but other than that it’s pretty great.
