The drawstring on the bag is very loose and it keeps releasing. Some of the stitching had unraveled. For nearly £150 I am disappointed with the quality.

We design and make carriers, harnesses, and jumpers in our workshop, creating thoughtful, good-looking gear that works beautifully for dogs and their people. Dogsnug began over 10 years ago, when we struggled to find kit that truly worked for our own whippet dog Kai. Great lead and collar for seaside dogs
Great lead and collar - living by the sea most leads rust and have to be chucked. These ones with decent fittings survive well and the colours are great

My dachshund loves her bag
Love this. Helpful and super quick delivery. My dax needed to stay off her leg for a week and she’s so comfy and much more settled in this bag that we now use it for regular outings to coffee shops etc. got x-long and x-sturdy as she’s a standard and super happy.

Must have for small dog owners
such a great product, very well made and comfortable for both the pup and me. Sits well over the shoulder and weight is distributed well. The handy side pocket and internal clip are useful additions. Would highly recommend.

Good bag shame about the clip
The bag is brilliant for our year old miniature Dachshund,he loves it and it makes it easy to carry him when he gets tired on a long walk, I would have given 5 stars if the carabiner clip that attaches him to the bag hadn't failed after the first use

Poor quality for price and has to chase customer service repeatedly for refund. Very frustrating- would not recommend sadly.

I’m really sorry it took us too long to reply with your return instructions — you should’ve received them automatically, but we discovered our system had been disconnected. That’s now fixed, so future returns will have the info instantly.
I’m also sorry to hear the item didn’t meet your expectations. We put a huge amount of care into the quality and design of everything we make, and we’re lucky to receive lovely feedback most days — but of course, we know no product is right for everyone.

2nd order of Night and rain fleece
This is my second order from Dogsnug and both times their customer service has been amazing. My first order last year was for a night and rain fleece for my newly adopted Romanian rescue dog. I was struggling to find something for winter that would fit her shape. Ordered after an email conversation to clarify what would be the best size for her and I couldn’t have been happier. Fast forward after a growth spurt I needed to order more this year. I emailed Ana as the forest green colour was sold out in the size I wanted or didn’t have a harness hole. However Ana checked backstock and lucky for me found some and added them to the website. She let me know that they where added straight away and I was able to snap one up. Thank you for going up over and beyond and looking after your returning customers. The products are made fantastically well and you can tell that each handmade product is made with love. Well done and I’m looking forward to new colours being added.

Lovely products
Lovely products from Dogsnug. I have two of their fleece coats for my Dachshund and the boucle jumper has just arrived. It’s very soft and cosy, and the size 15” small fits her perfectly Can’t wait for my little Doxie to wear it.

Well made dog carrier
Fast delivery. My carrier came in a handy tote bag which is a bonus. Product seems well made. My dachshund was a bit wary and didnt want to go in the bag to start with but once in he didnt want to come out
