Dollywears Avis 

I ordered off the website a while back, sizing isn’t good, and the quality of the two piece set I got wasn’t that good either, thin and rough material. The print was cute so I wasn’t that bothered, was going to order on TikTok shop yesterday and as they stated there was an 80% off sale, and the highest I could see in the cart was 60% or something, and usually brands will pin the item which I’m asking to see. However, somebody with the name of Hollie muted me for no reason. The conversation literally went like this - ‘what’s 80% off?’, ‘can’t see anything 80% off, i want to order x). I don’t know why they had to be on the defence when I had a genuine question. Anyway, now I’m blocked for a comment I posted acknowledging my disappointment in the way they have behaved toward me. It’s so disrespectful! But as I said previously, I will not be back, you have actually just made me upset, it’s not nice when you feel like somebody, especially a company, is not listening to you. That’s the whole point of a business, and especially on a TikTok live.

Edit: in response to DW response, I don't have the emails to collate all the order numbers but can assure you I did get in contact 1 being when blooming rose romper launched around last autumn and I sent photos to show the tulle had pulled away, and then photos were sent more recently of the fairies wish, wonky sew lines, holes in the fabric and the buttons were too big for the button holes and 1 button hole had come unstitched, yes it was a tiktok order but who ever replied from DW didn't seem interested in the tat id received more so just to speak to tiktok (which I did and they wanted to refund me aftet sending it back, more cost to me ) so in the end a paid a friend to practically unstitch and redo it as i do really like the style. The mystery bags where does it state it's not DW? Iv looked back on the adverts and still can't see anything to state this, if it's on your lives, well not everyone watches those.

The garments look lovely on the adverts, but don't be fooled, the sizing is all over the place. If you buy a dress expect it to be too big so size down, but buy a blouse expect it to be too small or something like that anyway, (it gets a bit confusing trying to remember which to size up/down on) and the quality is atrocious!! I have made around 4 different orders and id say out of those iv only been happy once and that wasn't even a Dollywears garment!!! (Mystery bag apparently is just a mystery garment they've purchased then sell on as a Dolly Wears piece, no where on their website or tiktok shop does it say it won't be DW but their DW name is plastered all over the adverts, but they've done nothing wrong "apparently" BUT .... I actually love the garment ironically! The fabric is better quality than DW and the sizing was perfect, I'd love to know where they purchased it so I could shop there instead 😅 but yeh DW quality isn't great, knicker elastic used in cuffed arms, button holes too small for the buttons, stitching coming undone, wonky stitching, tulle/netting that just rips away from the fabric stitching, and this has been on multiple garments not just 1 or 2. The latest (fairies wish) I just got a friend to mend who said herself the workmanship is atrocious and not worth the price (luckily i got it with new tiktok discount so didn't pay anywhere near full price ) it's sad because the designs are beautiful but that's were it ends sadly. And when I have reached out I just get told to speak to tiktok For a refund or accept a small refund when ordered via website, it's just a bit pants sadly

Very poor customer service. Ignored and blocked off social media for calling them out, on lack of response, lied about sending a response, Instead of dealing with issues they just hide behind the screen and block or delete comments. Such a shame as beautiful clothes but customer service is really letting them down, tried to clear the air as i love my daughter in this brand, but act like spoilt children

I ordered from the sale and had two items missing from my order it was disappointing.
But customer services did contact me after I emailed and have sent me out the missing items.

I contacted Dollys wear due to missing item, they responded quickly and was happy to sort out the issue. They sent out the missing item promptly without any issue. Thankyou so much for being helpful and friendly. Appreciated and highly Recommend. Your products are amazing and beautiful 🌸🩷

I love Dolly wears and have bought multiple items for my 3 year old since she was a baby. I have always been happy with the products. The quality for the price is amazing. The only issue I’ve had is ordering a hair accessory and paying more in postage than the product cost. I feel that there should be cheaper postage for smaller items that can be posted through a letterbox. This wouldn’t stop me from ordering again. I love Dolly Wears products!
