Terrible Support after hours.

eCommerce Website was down for over 3 hours due to a server-side issue that only Domains.co.za has the level of assess required to address.

Their website promotes 99% uptime and 24/7 monitoring and ticket support however the response time was terrible and only got assisted 3 hours into the issue with real support provided the following morning. (Noted in their AI chatbot which is of no use honestly)

We have been having plenty of issues with our previous email provider. But since moving over to Domains.co.za. Our experience improved dramatically.
We went from having email issues once a month. To virtually none.
Their level of service is amazing.
Their technicians are attentive and patient.
I see others mentioning wait times. And even though sometimes employers can be impatient if emails are down. But I imagine that there is simply other work to attend to as well. Other people also have problems, not just me.
I am completely happy that we switched over.

It has been 6 months since I moved over to Domains. I should have done this from the beginning. The service is absolutely fantastic, and the personnel are going out of their way to ensure top service. Really, a company that cares about its clients. Will recommend any day.

The domain was transferred out of my account without any authorisation. This is as bad as it can get. Never use this service.

Firstly, I was impressed by how soon I received a call back after sending a query for more information via email. I think the time difference between sending the email and receiving the call was definitely within an hour as I sent the email "after hours".

The consultant who took my call (Chad B), was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and oh sooooo patient with all the questions I needed clarity on even though some of the information i asked him about, was available under their FAQ's.

The information contained on their website is very comprehensive and I also had a look at their reviews before reaching out to chat to them.

When I am "ready", I would really want to have them "host my website".

Chad B's professionalism, quick response time and product knowledge was the "game changer" for me.

PS: It establishes rapport when you engage with an organization's representatives and you can hear the friendliness in the tone of voice and what makes it an even better "user experience", is the fact that he actually has a very nice voice, as well.

We are using Domains from Zimbabwe and so far they offer the best services, they are always quick to respond to our emails when we need support, I highly recommend them

They are biggest scammers they charged the 3rd domain payment without my consent first then they suspended all my domains. please don't buy domain from them

Been a client of Domains for over 2 years. Have about 100 websites and apps hosted with them, I have 0 complaints. Big applause for everyone at this company👏🏼👏🏼

SLA clearly states support from 10am - 2pm on Sundays.
Critical VPS restore failed in THEIR panel.
Panel won't start or restart VPS, only that an error occurred and we should contact THEIR support.
Main reason for using domains is because of their reputation to be professional and respond within SLA.
Now past 2pm after issue was reported around 8:30 this morning.
Not even a response to confirm receipt (besides auto reply) or an update of the status.
Very disappointing as this was the one time we required a swift response from them and because the issue is with their backup and restore of the VPS.
