I received excellent service from DownUnderWatches, they answered all my question regarding my purchase and kept me fully informed about the delivery time (only 2 working days). I would highly recommend them, to anyone looking to buy a watch.

Love the watch and how fast and efficiently it arrived. However, I took a couple of stars off because the watch was left on the front step unattended, tempting anyone to steal it. The delivery people must have forged the signature needed to leave the parcel and just dumped it and left. Who pays if it's stolen?

Well Sally if you always try to give Customer satisfaction try responding to my emails in which I have tried to reach some kind of settlement with you .
DownUnderWatches with a postal address, only, in Victoria Australia has been placed on a 'Watch List' [Not a Pun] by Consumer Affairs Australia following my unsatisfactory dealings with them, their failure to provide a 'Fit For Purpose' Watch, or replace the same, as well as for 'False & Misleading Advertising'. Others suffering similar dealings may register a complaint with Consumer Affairs, Victoria, Australia to help build a case history for potential future action against them.
17 July 2020 - For any potential customers reading this it has taken Downunderwatches from March to July to respond; they have taken no action to replace or substitute the failed watch. That what they call Customer Servive. If Ozzie based please register any Complaint regarding failed watches with Consumer Affairs, Victoria.

i was pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery. I was looking for a slim watch that is strong enough to take the punishment i dish out. Their website gives the case dimensions when even the manufacturers' sites don't.
After spending nearly 12hrs on the computer looking for a watch that meets my specs; Slim (<8mm), sapphire crystal, quartz, 100m WR and metal strap i found that NO website allowed a search on individual parameters such as these. They all allowed a search based on gender, some on style (sport, dress) but even a manufacturers matrix didn't meet my needs. Down Under Watches do have a full description once a watch is chosen by photo. I was able to 'open in new tab' a number of watches that i liked the look of and then go through the specs and find one that offered the least compromise. A Seiko SGG series.

The watch i ordered was delivered in an expedient manner, came well packaged and was in perfect condition and working order. Would highly recommend DownUnderWatches.

Initially had to cancel my order after a choice issue - the customer service team was quick to respond and cancelled before dispatch. Second order arrived in 48 hours without a hitch - watch just as advertised! Thanks DownUnderWatches team, hope to return to make further purchases.

I received the watch that I ordered in under a week. I am slightly disappointed that down under watches are not Australian based and therefore do not get the 5 year Australian guarantee that Citizen offers, instead only 1year international warranty. However it was considerably cheaper. Hopefully this does not prove to be a false economy.

Tried to call them in relation to a watch i wanted to buy and aks them questions, also send email in relation to the watch all the codes and reference numbers off the web page was also sent, it 3 days now no reply and also the phone number which was on the web page is no longer there also they have 2 different addresses ,one for office i suppose and the other is for returns of good. For a company which provides false information, its totaly illegal and how on earth are you going to contact them if you do have a problem, what by email only, really i don't think so, like the first review on its own web page its a scam and sell copies of the so called watches mixed in with real manufactures watches, so its like a lucky dip really ?

Unfortunately, Downunder Watches is a scam. They're an unauthorised seller of watches, which basically means the warranty that the watch comes with is invalid. I know this as I bought a Seiko watch from Downunder Watches in Nov 2018. 9 months later the watch either began losing time or would simply stop dead. After contacting Downunder Watches they advised me to contact Seiko in order to fix it. I contacted Seiko who advised me to send them the watch along with the warranty, which I did. Once received, they informed me I would have to pay for the watch to be fixed myself as the warranty is not valid as Downunder Watches are not an authorised seller of Seiko watches. When I contacted Downunder Watches they initially ignored all of my emails. Try calling Downunder Watches - you will find the number always goes straight to voicemail. Leave a message and you'll never get a response. I eventually got a response from Downunder Watches via email saying they would give me either 20% of what I paid for the watch back or I could send it to them to fix it - by the way, they're actually based in Singapore, not Australia as they would like you to believe. Read other reviews and they'll confirm how Downunder Watches promise to cover all costs of shipping but never do. Basically, Downunder Watches is a scam, a company that illegally sells watches with a "100% guarantee and warranty" which is nothing but a lie. I've currently forwarded all information on from Seiko to both Paypal and American Express which is how I paid for the watch for them to investigate. Do not buy from this company as the watches, along with the warranty are fake.

Fast delivery, Good packing, Item as advertised, Fair price, Will buy again.

One problem - Wish watch sellers would specify the watch Band lengths as some older watch brands are sold out of links/bands and one has to get a generic band which is a hassle and does not look to good on an expensive watch.

Could not be happier with the service received from Down Under Watches. Excellent prices, lightning fast delivery. Ordered on a Tuesday at midday and was delivered to Perth, Australia on Friday. Will be purchasing from again.
