Met by sales person almost immediately, showed & demonstrated me what I was after with professionalism. Only issue is that the delivery time is a month away. Otherwise very happy with service.

Great advise in the shop
Great advise in the shop. Good information during the entire process. Thought the actual delivery lacked the style of the rest of the deal, maybe the chance to check that the mattress was ok before the driver was heading back to the truck would be an improvement, not that there any problem. Overall a good experience.

Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good, new bed ordered and not too long to wait for delivery and old bed collection.
Delivery was very good, very professional, polite and all sorted very smoothly.
The only downside was my choice of base, on hindsight I should have ordered 4 drawers instead of 2 !!

We’re really pleased with the quality of the mattress we purchased—it’s incredibly comfortable and well-made. A huge thank you to Aaron at the Aylesbury store, who took the time to walk us through a wide range of options and explain the differences clearly. His knowledge and patience made all the difference. Delivery drivers were so helpful
Delivery drivers were so helper and friendly. Took my bed up to my room which was so kind of them.
Sales team were great too very informative and not so pushy with sales.

New bed and mattress review
The member of staff at the shop was very knowledgeable and assisted me to find the right kind of mattress using in shop technology.
When the bed and mattress arrived the delivery team were very respectful and did a good job.

Aylesbury Dreams store…
We visited the Aylesbury Dreams store today (29/6/25) to look at mattresses and were helped by Aaron. He gave us so much info and found our perfect mattress within our budget we bought it there and then. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite without being pushy for the sale.

Highly recommend Dreams Aylesbury!!!
I recently purchased beds from Dreams in Aylesbury, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mr. John (Manager) and Aaran. Both were extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process. They took the time to understand my needs, provided expert advice, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choices.
What really stood out was their friendly and customer-focused approach. They made the entire experience smooth and pleasant, with no pressure—just genuine support and professionalism. It’s not often you come across such helpful and attentive staff in retail these days.

Happy Customer
Really pleased with the overall service from Dreams. Delivery was within the alloted time, the delivery and assembly team were prompt and efficient (Tom & Mark). The bed is for a spare room and all our visitors that have stayed so far have said they had a very comfortable sleep.The bed is the Wilson D Ottoman Natural Woven and the mattress is the Braybrook D, size double. Sales person was Jasper and was very patient helping us with the selection.
