Met by sales person almost immediately, showed & demonstrated me what I was after with professionalism. Only issue is that the delivery time is a month away. Otherwise very happy with service.

I had a bed delivered and assembled at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The two people who handled the delivery and setup arrived exactly on time, which was already a great start. They were both professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing.
They built the bed quickly but with great care, making sure everything was sturdy and perfectly aligned. They even cleaned up all the packaging afterward, leaving the space spotless. It was a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.
Highly recommend their service — reliable, efficient, and top-quality work!

Found the Ideal Mattress & Pillows!
Sean at Dreams Aylesbury was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and guided us with great advice.
The Sleepmatch tester helped us find the perfect mattress, and with Sean’s help, we also picked out the ideal pillows. We also love that Dreams offers a mattress recycling service.
We’ll definitely be back when we need a new bed. Highly recommend!

Everything went very smoothly from choosing the bed in store to delivery and assembly. Staff were very helpful, respectful and careful of property. I'd go there again and would recommend.

Great Service
The staff were very patient and left me plenty of time to try out various mattresses providing me with advice but not putting any sales pressure on me. They pointed out that the mattress I was interested in was also available in the clearance section, saving me quite a bit of money.

Firstly visiting the store.... The salesman was extremely helpful without being pushy
Delivery...The men had to maneuver the mattress round some tight corners and were very careful not to damage wallpaper etc.
This was our third purchase from Dreams and we will be back if the need arises.
