Met by sales person almost immediately, showed & demonstrated me what I was after with professionalism. Only issue is that the delivery time is a month away. Otherwise very happy with service.

The mattress is for a spare bed so…
The mattress is for a spare bed so cannot comment on its suitability. However, the service from Dreams was tip top. Notified of delivery time constantly. The delivery men were polite, helpful & friendly. A pleasure to meet them.

From start to finish everyone involved were very
helpful and informative about our product. Special mention to the salesperson Aaron who went out of his way to ensure things went smoothly. The deliveryman Tyler was also extremely helpful and efficient.

Very happy customers
We purchased from the Aylesbury branch. The person who served us was very polite and made us very welcome. You even get a hot drink and biscuits! The delivery was on time and the delivery boys were also very efficient. They even wore over shoes when they came indoors. We would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant!
Very good service (and products) from Dreams. Kyle and his colleague turned up earlier than stated with the bed but was not an issue. They built the bed and it was ready within half hour or so. They were very courteous and polite as always (this is my second of three deliveries. Would highly recommend Dreams, great value for money.

The Dreams sales team did a great job delivering on the promises they made and the delivery team did a good job too. No complaints the next time I need a new mattress I will purchase it from Dreams.

Browsing to buying.
Originally went in to find what type of mattress I’d find comfortable after looking at offers online.
We ended up speaking to Aaron and using the sleep match machine.
After doing that and him showing us various recommended options He left us to it. We decided to go ahead with one that he had shown us after talking about it and looking at some others.
He was very helpful, explained a lot of things about the different mattresses and finance options available.
I wasn’t expecting to buy one there and then, but after speaking to Aaron in person it just felt easier, instead of going back online and looking at 100s of different ones you can’t physically see and not being sure if you’re making the right purchase.
Overall an unexpectedly helpful experience.
