Had an amazing customer service experience by Aaron who was very courteous and forthcoming. He showed me the exact mattress as per my requirement. I was able to lie down on it and see how i felt (definitely recommend). I also got a sofa from clearance which is also a winner. Overall extremely happy with the products and service.

Great mattress selection. Prompt and correct delivery.

Dreams was faultless. Unfortunately our bed was delivered and the delivery men broke the headboard during installation, because they did not have the right tools to fit the headboard to the bed properly. Had to wait a week before full installation of the new headboard. However, I am very very happy now. Bed is lovely, I have had no back pain and really impressed with the sound quality from the surround system. Thank you Dreams!

Everything was fantastic.

Helpful staff in the store. Advised me that the sofa I wanted in the colour I wanted was going to be coming back into store - being returned by a customer who couldn't fit it in their house. So I was able to have the brand new returned sofa at a reduced rate - in the colour I wanted! Very good service Dreams Aylesbury thank you!

We visited the store last month and Sean was incredibly helpful. He helped us choose the right bed and mattress for our new home, he listened to all our needs and didn't waste our time. He was also incredibly patient and understanding as we had two small children with us. I highly recommend speaking to Sean and taking his advice. The assistant at Aylesbury branch was brilliant and very helpful. We had already bought and paid a large sum on a new bed and a Tempur mattress via Milton Keynes BUT what we did not know was that our older head board would not fit the new Ottoman side lifting bed. Thanks to Dreams, Aylesbury for their help in finding a headboard which I had originally seen in the Potter's Bar store but was no longer available. The Manager searched their stock found the headboard and arranged delivery to my home. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

The manger a very nice person and very helpful

Could not go to a store so ordered over the phone. Went very smoothly and, as we knew which mattress we wanted, was dealt with quickly.
The mattress was delivered on time and the delivery men were curtious, tidy and helpful.
So far (only 5 days) the mattress is comfortable and we are sleeping well.

The instore technology & helpful assistant made it a positive stressfree experience to choose new mattresses. There was a small glitch on delivery day but the beds were delivered & efficiently installed.

Within just a few minutes of entering the store, a very kind assistant called Sean explained to my wife and I how they would help us chose the correct bed for our needs, he directed us to a special bed that analysed our body possitions, very impressive! After that he took us to 4 beds that would suit us. We chose a very comfortable bed, and within a short time the deal was done, we even got an extra 10% discount on top of the bed deal that was on Special offer, all in all a very good experience.
