Very comfortable mattress
Knowledgeable staff, who were able to give recommendations following our 'sleep analysis'. The mattress we purchased, while expensive, is extremely comfortable and we are happy with our buy. We were able to choose our delivery time also, which was very useful.

Comfortable and easy shut and open
That great help who work staff fran are fabulous to me and comfortable bed no problem and great delivery help fix and when I went bed sleep feel great relax.

Product as good as buying experience!
The experience in the shop, the ordering process and the delivery were all great. But it obviously all revolves around the product in the end and we are more that happy. Inexpensive? No! But value for money? Yes!

The staff were polite
The staff were polite, helpful, friendly. And when through everything with me including the machine to work out which mattress is best for me. The mattress I bought is perfect for my back and I can now sleep all night. It's so comfortable, I'm so pleased. And I will and have recommended people to buy from Dreams.

Great customer service as had to change…
Great customer service as had to change delivery date 6 times due to delayed house completion. Very helpful and generous when purchasing bed for my elderly mother. Thank you Canterbury branch and customer service.

Great sales team
Great sales team , friendly , no pressure , also you are invited to use their bespoke machine which gauges your mattress requirements spent £800 on a bargain bed in the sale , will go back later this year for our main luxury bed

Good experience from start to finish.
Having visited the store 2 days previously we then returned to place an order for the items we’d seen.
The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Once ordered, a relatively quick delivery was offered to us. Delivery time slot was advised by text and adhered to. A really good experience all round.
