Issy was a fantastic sales person
Issy was a fantastic sales person. As an anxious shopper she gave me the confidence to find out which kind of mattress I needed and time to try out the beds as many times as I needed to. Nothing was too much trouble. She was a very professional, knowledgeable, friendly person. My choice of bed was informed as were my options if it wasn’t the right choice of bed. It was a wonderful experience which I was dreading but needed to do as I had chosen two unsuitable mattresses in the last year and had wasted money. Don’t waste time worrying about going to dreams to choose a bed in Canterbury they can’t do enough for you. I was even asked if I would like a drink on two occasions. Julia

I was wanting to leave feedback on Dreams Pillow Talk but it didn't work! Had excellent service from Izzy at Canterbury Dreams. Very pleasant, polite, informative, not 'pushy. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. We had to change the delivery date a few times, but it was no problem. The bed arrived on time and was assembled in around 20 minutes. The delivery men were great and a credit to the company.

I had been contemplating about buying…
I had been contemplating about buying the Lucia double bed frame for quite a while and the price went up and down then in the Black Friday sale I went ahead and purchased it at a great price of only £342! I had been looking for a faux leather style bed with storage drawers and this bed looked stunning. The drawers are deep and wide to hold plenty of my spare bedding. So happy I bought this one. Great service all round from placing the order online to the day it was delivered. No problems at all! 10/10

Really pleased with our purchase!
Team in the Canterbury store were fantastic, found the bed we wanted at a great price. It was an ex-display model so they stored it until we were ready. Day it came the delivery guys were also extremely helpful & pleasant. The bed was so well wrapped- couldn’t be happier- Thank you!
