Richard who helped me make the best decision for me made the whole experience very easy. He explained everything and really knew his stuff.
The mattress is perfect and I’m more than pleased with it.

The sales person was not at all pushy and did not try to sell an expensive mattress. He gave us plenty of information about the products, advised as to which ones might be best for us and then and let us choose.

Outstanding customer care. Particularly valued in a time when this is sadly lacking in most other businesses. Polite and helpful staff in store and the delivery men were cheerful, speedy and accommodating. I had to cancel part of my order, which was also dealt with efficiently. I had to make a phone call to chase the refund and the member of staff I spoke to organised contact with refund dept. Within 24 hours the money was credited to my bank account. 10/10 for every member of Dreams staff. Thank you all

Price of my 2 drawer divan base with matching headboard was great. In store service was very efficient. Delivery within same week. Prompt& kept me well informed. Easy to assemble & very comfortable.

We were very impressed by the staff very attentive but not pushy allowed us to browse at our leisure and answered questions and gave advice when asked offered the computerised bed after we had a good look around we expected that to come up with the dearest mattresses but it did not also the delivery guys were very polite and helpful especially Isabelle that served us in the store very knowledgeable & polite & helpful

We received a nice friendly welcome in the shop and was offered coffee. Our order was taken and everything was explained well. The delivery date and time all went according to plan.

Well the very big plus about Dreams is that you have people like Frances in your Canterbury branch.
Professional enough to have your own time, but there when you need advice.
The bed scanner is an excellent idea and bought my mattress on the strength of it.
The delivery were also very professional and knowledgeable too.A good job well done
