ive bought a few cars in my time and exceptional is not a word i use lightly. The whole experience WAS exceptional from the description and plethera of photos on site to receiving my lovely car. Customer service is great before and after sales and they have a gem in their guy George who is as sincere in his actions as his words. And yes, i am a genuine, happy customer .
Will be recommending them to friends etc

The whole process was smoother than I expected. The guys were really helpful and sorted out any questions I had (I’m not a car guy). I got the best part ex price for my car after Shopping around and they even filled up my new E-Class with a full tank, which was a nice bonus. Only downside was having to wait an extra day to pick it up, which was a bit annoying, but overall really happy with the experience

Great business! Drive time made the process of buying a car so easy for me! I enquired about a Mini Cooper and George got back to me within a few hours and we had arranged a viewing. I travelled down to view it and took it for a test drive. I went home and thought it through and decided to buy it. I rang George and we agreed on a price better than I expected! I went to collect it the following week. When I arrived the car was gleaming. After sorting out the paperwork I drove off happy and smiling with my latest purchase. Was a pleasure doing business with Drive time and will hopefully do more business with them in the future! Thanks again George!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Came across Drive Time on Auto Trader and purchased a Mercedes E280. Whole experience was great and was well looked after by George and the team. Would deal with again.

Just read the negative reviews on here and expect what they say should you make a purchase. someone said they write their own good reviews which may be true.

No response to messages about repairs on a vehicle purchased under warranty, blindsided by the initial response and sales service, but the customer service is absolutely lacking. No warranty information sent over after multiple requests. Absolutely no regard to resolving any issues or safety issues with the vehicle bought, bare in mind I have 3 children who travel in the car regularly, I do 150+ miles a day and it's been regarded as unsafe by two garages. Will be taking to the ombudsman as no response on any issues raised.

I bought a MGft off George Brett at Drivetime .. lovely car ..I drove it back to Norfolk with a Smile on my face .. I had a few issues develope on the car , George was as good as his word and paid the garage in Norfolk fir the repairs done . Anybody looking for a good quality car I can vouch that you are in good hands and can buy a car off George and Drivetime Billlericay with confidence .. Always sceptical about buying cars online… but honestly couldn’t have been any happier. Car was as although 10 years old was in fantastic condition. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday the car was delivered Friday morning but was completely happy with the process apart from that. A box of chocolates left on the passenger seat a great little touch! Highly recommend recommended from me
