Driving Test Genie Avis 

Driving Test Genie worked perfectly for me. I had a new booking for my son's test within a few weeks of the cancellation date of the original. They also sorted out a switch to a closer location.
Couldn't be happier - if only it was as easy to pass the actual test!

Signed up to the app and the same day I got a cancellation for 2 months earlier. Have recommended the app to friends.

Didn't work for me. Not a single cancellation in >3 months for 5 test centres (I did change them after first month of silence). Support is responsive but claim they can't refund.

Really great service from Driving Test Genie! Easy to use, fast, effective!

They are on the roll. They really do provide you with cancelation choices and they are fast, accurate, professionals. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but I will definitely recommend them to everyone that embarks on the journey of trying to get their driving license.

The waiting time for me to accept or decline an available slot is just alright. I was busy and didn’t get to look at my phone for a bit , luckily for me I had Around 3 more minutes to go when I checked my phone . I was so glad I could make use of the opportunity to cancel and reschedule. And they got back to me almost immediately saying my test had now been rescheduled. I am so happy about this

Driving Test Genie got me a driving test cancellation really quickly after I registered at my preferred test center and its easy to use the service. Unfortunately I failed that test, but they have found me a second cancellation so fingers crossed I pass this time!

I signed up with Genie but never received a cancellation from them over the months that I was a member, despite receiving numerous cancellation offers from another provider. I am still waiting for a refund as per their terms and conditions.

Great app. No need to keep searching everyday. It does it all for you.

They didn’t find me a test, wasted my time and didn’t refund my money either.

There is no point in using test genie for a busy test centre. I have been waiting weeks and not heard anything. Would not recommend to anyone. Complete waste of money. £17.99 down the drain.

Just accepted a cancellation with Driving Test Genie and it couldn’t have been easier! They take the hassle out of constantly logging onto the app by sending you a text with any cancellations and giving you 10 minutes to respond. I was worried at first about whether it would be secure / official but as soon as I replied to Test Genies text then the DVSA emailed with the confirmation of my new test! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an earlier cancellation!

I have just failed my test and have rebooked another via DVLA direct but it’s not for a number of months so tried to update my app with the new date. It won’t allow me to and is asking for another upgrade payment. The terms and conditions of this app are that you can continue to use it until you pass. They have now breached this agreement and will not respond to my emails. Totally illegal practice I would never recommend this scam company

The service is very well supported by the contact team. They're very helpful and respond extremely quickly. It's a fantastic tool to help you bring forward your test without any hard work on your part - just respond to a text. Would definitely recommend for those who want a test quickly.
