I cannot explain to you how excellent the customer service is! Not only do I love the products, but when the product arrived damaged, it was replaced within a day of emailing!
I couldn't recommend enough! Brilliant on the go make up! I look forward to using this on holiday and clipping it onto my bag ☺️

I emailed Dr Paw Paw as I had a small issue with the packaging for one of their products and Jessica from customers service replied quickly and was extremely helpful. They obviously care about their customers and I was very happy with the service.

I was very pleased with how customer service handled my complaint.
I bought a DrDrPawPaw lip balm which was just liquid,
I sent the product number & received a replacement in the post the next day.

My balm had a break in it, and after contacting them they responded super quickly to resolve it, ensure I was happy, and investigate why it happened. Great service.

I received 2 tubes of Dr Pawpaw lip balm 25ml each as a gift, but the contents would not come out of either tube no matter how hard I pressed. On the back of the tubes it says made in PR China.
I contacted Dr Pawpaw and submitted photos of front and back of what I'd received.
Jessica at Customer service was very helpful, and kindly offered to send me some replacements that had been manufactured in the UK.
I went onto their site and chose their 100% natural options - shea butter lip balm, and the clear lip balm.
I want to thank Customer services for the fast and professional service they provided. They arrived the next day and were beautifully packaged, and I'm very happy with them.

I love all Dr PawPaw products, but had a problem with a split tube of balm from a recent order. I contacted Customer Service straight away and was contacted really quickly by an assistant called Katie. She apologised for the fault, said it would be investigated and promised to send me a replacement tube. I've never had a problem before, but couldn't have asked for better service.

Jessica watts dealt with my complaint when I purchased a faulty product. She was quick to respond and issue a new product almost immediately. It arrived quickly and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Wonderful to see from my favourite brand!
