I'm really enjoying using these lip balms. This is because they are very hydrating and don't leave my lips feeling sticky or greasy. They glide on well and have a nice hint of colour in them too. They give a nice shine on my lips and don't feel heavy, just nicely and light

Amazing, I had a problem with the product I had purchased and I emailed when I realised. I was amazed as I received a reply very quickly and a replacement is being sent out. I haven’t had this with any other company to date. I will be using this company again in the future

I had purchased the hydration set that comes with 3 balms at a store that stocks Dr. PAWPAW. When I got home, I opened the package to find that one of the balms was missing. I contacted the company and I received an email back from Lillie who said a replacement will be sent my way. I'm very pleased with these products and the customer service and will continue to buy from this company.

Contacted customer service when my balm developed a strange smell. They were quick to respond and offer a solution. Great service. No issues with the product either otherwise - probably a bad batch.

I would happily give the customer service team a full 5 stars, they’re friendly and super quick to respond, as well as being quick to get any issues resolved.
The reason for four stars rather than five is that I received faulty balms- which were empty, as though there’d been an issue with filling. They were all from the same batch, so it must have been bad luck that they got missed as being faulty and sent out.
I emailed their customer support team (Lillie and Jessica, you’re the best!) on Tuesday, and even with staff sickness they’ve confirmed today (Thursday) replacement balms are already on their way.
Thank you girls for helping out so fast during which I can only imagine as being such a busy and stressful time.

I had purchase a gift for my granddaughter and upon looking at it found the lip balms to be damaged..I emailed the company and received a quick response from Lillie nothing was too much trouble for her. Within days I received new lip balms well done to you Lillue
