Prompt and well packed
Exactly what I was looking for in colours that were difficult to find elsewhere. Arrived promptly and with a nice inclusion of lollies and the packer’s name, which I thought was a pleasant customer service touch not often seen with online purchases.

No support........
Received item in reasonable time but there was no power cord. I emailed DynoOnline to advise this 5 days ago and have received no reply. All good up until then.

My Dymo and extra tapes arrived not long after I ordered. A pleasant surprise was the small bag of confectionary that came with it.
Ordering direct rom DymoOnline was a an easy and pleasant experience.
