Due to Covid, it is understandable that there may be a delay in delivery. DymoOnline was very responsive in addressing the matters instantly which gave me peace of mind that my goods are on the way.

Delivery took 11 days to get from Tweed Heads to me in Sydney, which was disappointing.
There was no indication that the timeline would be so long when I ordered this.
