Jordan turned up very promptly after my initial telephone call , blocked drains on my property, he was very thorough in clearing the blockage, he checked all our drains were working, he cleared up and washed down where the work had been carried out , very impressed.

I booked a free site visit on Dynarod’s…
I booked a free site visit on Dynarod’s website for my 85 yr old mum only to be told there would be a £250 inspection charge should an inspection be needed. There obviously needs to be an inspection otherwise an engineer would not need to be called out. The website clearly mis-sells and I cancelled the visit.

They came the same day that I rang them…
They came the same day that I rang them so very quick response, I can’t remember the man’s name but he was very pleasant very informative and got on with the job. He unblocked the drain and cleared it straight away. You pay them there and then so it’s a very express service,fingers crossed the drain stays clear, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again thank you.
