Did not unblock the pipe completely, charge again if come to unblock again. Why can't you do the job properly in the first place?

Excellent service & resolution to a blocked external stack pipe
I phoned Dyno Rod due to a blocked external stack pipe which meant that the toilet, wash basin, etc could not be used. Got booked in for an appointment the same day and they arrived quicker than advised. Excellent service from the man who came and dealt with the problem & no issues what so ever. Thank you.

Prompt, professional and friendly service from Jack who fixed a leaky radiator pipe, balanced the heating system
by adjusting the radiator thermostat valves, and made sure everything was working ok before he left.

Panic!! Blocked toilet
I phoned Dyno-Rod regarding a blocked toilet, The telephone response was quick and the person was able to deal with the problem very efficiently. I was told the cost of the job and that they would be sending someone out. The plumber Pete arrived within 30 minuets and did a terrific job. I can highly recommend this company

Had a problem with an overflowing drain…
Had a problem with an overflowing drain in the garden. We contacted using the online booking system at 8am. Had a phone call just after 9am from Carl at Dyno daying he could come at 10.30am. He arrived on time and all was sorted and tidied. Very pleased with the service and Carl was helpful friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Fantastic service!
I phoned Dyno-rod when our drain was blocked and over flowing into the garden. They were there within 30mins, a very friendly guy came, sorted the problem and helped to clean up the mess! Couldn’t fault the service at all, top job!
