Sophia was great and really respectful made us laugh and enjoy our experience. Loved the experience and showed us different scooters and prices without no harm. Definitely come back.

Popped into the Derby branch to look at the mobility scooters. Sophia, the store manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different mobility scooters and recommended some based on my needs and even demonstrated the folding mechanisms of some. Thank you

Very professional attitude and service
The service from the lady was as you would expect professional and sincere, she asked what your needs were and offered advice to meet those needs. She was very polite and had a cheerful personality, I would recommend her to friends and family.

I was recommended to visit Eden Mobility by a colleague. It was honestly a cheerful yet professional experience. I spoke with Sophia and she honestly made my experience more relaxed, kind and not robotic. I would honestly recommend that you visit this store if looking for mobility products. Me and my partner went in for an…
Me and my partner went in for an electric wheelchair, as soon as we entered we were greeted by Sophia, she helped us pick out a suitable chair and let me test drive it. She also guided us through the process of paying monthly and was polite and friendly throughout.

Went into Eden Mobility yesterday with my sister. I just want to say how fabulous Larna was, she was very patient and took her time to explain to me all the technicalities of the scooters I was interested in. She offered us a hot drink, which was lovely. She’s an asset to your company and I would definitely recommend Eden Mobility.

Ladies in the Derby shop were so friendly and very helpful. They were efficient too. Ironically, It was a very enjoyable experience 😊
Only criticism is the shop is very cold.

Big shout out to Sophia at Eden mobility Derby
Went in to Eden mobility shop in derby needing a spare part for my Nana’s scooter. I didn’t really have any idea about it all but Sophia was brilliant . She knew exactly what I needed after discussing the matter further. She’s was so warm and helpful and we ended up sharing a few stories about our Nana’s. Definitely made me feel at ease and was so polite and friendly. Would 100% recommend popping in for anything you need as nothing is too much trouble. She even offered me a brew which I gladly accepted as it was a miserable cold day.
