Sophia was great and really respectful made us laugh and enjoy our experience. Loved the experience and showed us different scooters and prices without no harm. Definitely come back.

Friendly, competent service.
We used this lovely little shop in Derby to buy my dad‘s first wheelchair. There is a good selection but it’s not too big to overwhelm. Larna was particularly helpful and supported my parents and us all the way. Highly recommend this friendly, non-pushy service. Brilliant!

Derby Store
Went into the Derby store today to enquire about a Service for my husband’s mobility scooter. We were served by Sophia and Larna. We also needed a spare part and Sophia went out of her way to organise this for us. We were very impressed by the attitude and helpfulness of both ladies and came away very satisfied, the Service has been requested and the Spare Part ordered. Thank you Sophia and Larna.

Quality.
When visiting the derby branch of Eden mobility I was unsure on which scooter I would require until I met a young lady called Sophia , I told her what I needed like it had to go into the boot of my car plus something that can take on the everyday challenges that I have.
I tried a few scooters in their shop for size Sophia even aloud me to take the scooter for a run around the streets of Derby which has many challenges with different surfaces when getting back to the shop Sophia explained that with the sale that the shop had there were many offers and great prices that I could can afford.
I finally settled on a correct size .
I was lucky on picking that day to visit the shop, Sophia was so understanding on what I needed.
I feel that I purchased the right scooter .
Great price, performance and very comfortable.
I'm very pleased with the level of service I received from Sophia.
Five stars all the way.

I was looking at the window display outside and recieved fantastic service by Sophia Harris. She came out to speak to me whilst i was looking and sophia went above and beyond, no task or question too big. Shes smiley, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The experience I had today was… gel cushion
The experience I had today was brilliant I had best help with staff member who serve me that day. I got amazing cushion gel which really helps me so much for my health and more comfort as well. Sophia did amazing job serving me today what was suitable for my needs.

Had a very nice experience buying a walking aid mat our Derby branch. The two ladies Sophia an Caroline were very helpful, and friendly.My visit was to seek information about a walking aid, and they really helped me to make up mind on which product would be right for me. Derby Eden Sophia outstanding service 👍🏻
Working as an enforcement officer in Derby City centre. An elderly man had fallen over in a bank and was struggling to get to the nearby bus station. I called on Derby Eden shop as I know the business well and they have a good reputation. I spoke to Sophia and explained the situation. Sophia said that she didn't have any spare walking aids but could offer a wheelchair to get this man back to the bus station and home.
This was completely unexpected. Sophia pushed the man the short distance and 5 minutes to the bus station. Talking all the time and her care and kind attention to the elderly gentleman was outstanding.
I explained to the gentleman that probably he should need to be looking at a mobility aid anyway and he agreed.
The staff at Eden mobility and on this occasion Sophia are always polite and professional. Quite impressive!
So big thanks for me and the big thanks from the elderly gentlemen also.

Not all heroes wear capes…
Not a customer experience but a good one nonetheless. An elderly gentleman took a fall and hurt himself in the city centre. Sophia and Eden Mobility quite literally helped save the day by helping us get the man safely back home.
Outstanding service and also fantastic to see that they are a community minded business - keep it up folks!
