It's my first time using this company, I wanted something sturdy and something that looked cool to hold my vinyl records and to be honest, electromarket delivered exactly what I wanted.

All went well except next day delivery was not achieved it was 48 hours although it was with the delivery company in time for next day delivery. I did not reduce my 5 stars as delivery was outside of their control.

Accessible website and ordering system. Very prompt delivery. The portable system is excellent and easy to use.

My husband loves snow so purchased a snow machine for part of his birthday/retirement gift
Haven’t had a chance to use it yet but look forward to doing so

So I placed my order in December . 3 weeks before Christmas as a Christmas gift. It arrived within 3 days. Delivery was spot . Absolutly love this item great sound for a great price ( also bluetooth comes in handy) . If i could give 6 stars I would.

Initially was told that the order was oversold and that a refund was available, but I decided to wait until new stock had arrived. I was told that a partial delivery was available ASAP, so I agreed, but was surprised when shortly after the whole delivery arrived! Cannot fault the service.

Our speaker has broken for the second time . There expecting me to pay to get it sent to them . They haven't been very helpful on the phone . When it got fixed the first time round they send me someone else's damaged one first . Not a very good company with a couldn't care less attitude

I new this would end in tears so my parcel is missing.. yodel claim it was delivered to me but instructed that mo one would be in and to leave the parcel with a neighbour a clear instruction. Got home no card knocked at neighbour no parcel... can't speak to no one at yodel on live chat told i need to wait 2 days for them to interview driver. Fuming im just Fuming. This hole process has caused me nothing but stress im out of pocket with no product and a Christmas party in 3 days.
