I new this would end in tears so my parcel is missing.. yodel claim it was delivered to me but instructed that mo one would be in and to leave the parcel with a neighbour a clear instruction. Got home no card knocked at neighbour no parcel... can't speak to no one at yodel on live chat told i need to wait 2 days for them to interview driver. Fuming im just Fuming. This hole process has caused me nothing but stress im out of pocket with no product and a Christmas party in 3 days.

Excellent service, very prompt dispatch, product arrived day before it was due. Order to delivery about 18 hours.

Have previously tried to purchase through Amazon, and delivery never arrived, and Amazon were no constructive help,
Spoke to customer service agent at electromarket (Jordan) who was excellent after doing everything he could to help he explained that they offer a full service when bought direct with them true to his word the next day my daughters guitar set arrived, excellent service excellent company and will be buying upgrades direct through them.

Absolutely fantastic service and delivery and quality . Thankyou , so refreshing to do business with professionals .

Purchased a record player as a Christmas gift, was delivered with the invoice clearly on show, displaying the items and prices.

Wouldn't recommend, will not use again.

Edit to address the response: The packing slip was in an envelope/pocket (normal SOP) however the line items were visible - this is solely down to the way it is folded, had it been folded properly (with addresses showing - again SOP) and without the line items on show, it wouldnt have been an issue.

I ordered “MAX SOLOART JUNIOR ACOUSTIC GUITAR 3/4 - SUNBURST” as a birthday present for my son.
Unfortunately it arrived absolutely battered. I sent photos of all the damage (all over) to ElectroMarket who said they could offer £10 off or I could hang about a day for a courier.
I explained that for £10 less I could have ordered one of their refurbished guitars - which would have been in better condition than what I received. And that as a blue badge holder with mobility issues returning an order (especially of that size) isn’t easy.
Not very helpful at all.
As my son has additional needs so not giving him the gift he had his heart set on (the next day by this point!) just wasn’t an option!

everything is outstanding from talking to someone to getting the parcel ,they could not do anything better

I was really pleased with the sales person who sold me a Fenton microphone and speaker system. I had a couple of issues, so was really impressed with their Customer Services and how they dealt with me so efficiently to my satisfaction.

Delivered very quickly - the item was packed well & it was simple enough to make a order online

I bought a beamz f-1600 from this company for £429, the hazer has been nothing but a money pit. first test it would blast once and freeze after that. at this point contacted support where they asked me to send it back costing me £78 pounds due to weight .it was quickly sent back being told it had been tested and working. first test it did the same thing, after reaching out to support they suggested changing parts. this cost me £26.98 and £65 pound to have them fitted. all this didn't work I paid an independent electronics engineering £70 to check the machine where he found multiple dry joints and one board wasn't working at all. back to support who's last email was February showing the prices of the boards and then telling me they were out of stock. since then radio silence.

TLDR: machine cost me nearly £700 for a non function machine, I would not recommend buying from them they have never offered to replace the machine or take responsibility for the costs incurred
