Have to say these guys have given me the best customer experience I have received from any company in a long time! I ordered a pre-order item and was updated with communication throughout, the item arrived extremely well packaged and even had a sticker telling you the name of the person who packaged it! Won’t order from anywhere else now! Thanks

I ordered a doll that had just been re-stocked, it was posted out within three days, packaged extremely well, and in perfect condition. Great communication from the company and very friendly staff. Would definitely buy from emporium of cool again.

I ordered a 30inch Trick or Treat Good Guy Plush from these guys. Best price on the Internet! I've always wanted one but I knew I had to hurry as Trick or Treat Studios aren't making anything Chucky from 2024 so now I have one and he's amazing.

First time I have purchased from this company and like most people, was a little wary as it seemed internet based only. From the moment I placed the order ( for two hard to find items) Ithe communication was first class. At all times I knew what was happening and when the item did arrive it was in bubble wrap, stylophone and double boxed (brilliant packing). One of the best I've had the pleasure to order from. Items always arrive quickly and are well packaged. Really secure, with lots of bubble wrap and no way for the item to take damage (even if the outer box does). Just can't speak highly enough about this company. Good comms also, very polite/friendly.

We are not blessed with lots of reliable toy companies in the UK with many falling on hard times. I hope they can continue to operate for many years to come. I will certainly be ordering more I know this for sure :-)

I’d never heard of this company before, but they had a figure I was looking for that was out of stock everywhere else so I gave them a shot and after my recent experience they’ve found themselves a new customer. The prices are reasonable, shipping and delivery was quick, and the packaging was excellent, you can tell these guys are collectors themselves. Will definitely use again.

Excellent customer care, service and product. International postage / packaging was spot on, great love taken to wrap and protect each figure. Possibly the best Emporium since the advent of sliced bread!
