All quick and efficient. Very simple and easy to use. I think us customers need to send out a survey to solicitors asking whether we have been good or not because with the amount of confusion we caused I feel we as individuals would have got a poor review. But Enact have been wonderful.

I was very pleased with the service…
I was very pleased with the service provided by Enact Conveyancing. The online portal made the whole process very easy and convenient, allowing me to upload documents, access paperwork and keep track of my case. I also found the messaging facility very useful, as I could send a message whenever I had a question and usually received a response within a short time. Overall, the process was straightforward, well organised and efficient, and the quick communication made everything much less stressful. I would definitely use Enact again.

I am about to lose my purchase because…
I am about to lose my purchase because no work has been done on my case in almost 6 weeks. They won't give me a date when they will so just being strung along in limbo. Really disappointed, by far the slowest conveyancing I have ever had.

Efficient
The whole selling of a leasehold is very painful but Sarah was excellent. I love the fact that every action she took on my behalf was updated on my personal portal. Enact were extremely efficient. They kept me updated at every stage. I would certainly use again .

Fantastic seevice…
This service made the conveyancing process so easy, typically I’ve spent time on the phone chasing solicitors for updates but everything was clear and progress easy to track.
