All quick and efficient. Very simple and easy to use. I think us customers need to send out a survey to solicitors asking whether we have been good or not because with the amount of confusion we caused I feel we as individuals would have got a poor review. But Enact have been wonderful.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Enact Conveyancing. The online portal made the whole process very easy and convenient, allowing me to upload documents, access paperwork and keep track of my case. I also found the messaging facility very useful, as I could send a message whenever I had a question and usually received a response within a short time.
