I needed an EPC urgently for a house…
I needed an EPC urgently for a house sale and the company was able to instruct someone to inspect the property and provide their certificate within 24 hours which was quicker than the enhanced timeframe I had paid an additional £15 for. Excellent value for money and very professional service.

Easy to book. The assessor was very pleasant and very efficient - my EPC cert was on the EPC website before they left my property - can't want for anything better than that

Opportunity to update results
Very quick but would have liked the chance to offer documents after the survey tester ask very little questions, the property is up for sale and all documents concerning cavity wall insulation and pipe insulation was not at hand
