Great professional environment with friendly approachable staff

I have been going to Chloe at Epsom Skin Clinics for several years and have always been extremely happy with her treatments including hydrafacial, laser and Sylfirm X. She is incredibly diligent, meticulous and professional, while also being gentle and soft-spoken. She takes the time to listen carefully to your concerns and understand the areas of your skin that need particular attention, providing thoughtful and appropriate advice. She is exceptionally thorough and takes great care with every treatment, making you feel completely relaxed and well looked after. In fact, the entire team at Epsom Skin Clinics is wonderful including Danielle (the therapist) as well as the ladies at the reception who are extremely effficient and helpful.

5 years ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I got recommended by my sister to have laser here at Epsom Skin Clinic and it's the best choice I've ever made. It's made me feel so much more confident, as its improved my skin. I was amazed at how quickly laser reduces/stops the hair from growing, even after 6 sessions.

I've had a great experience with laser treatment for dark spots on my face. I reacted quickly and after two treatments, you'd never know they were there. I can highly recommend Charley who is meticulous and explains everything very carefully.

I have been coming to Epsom Skin Clinic in Epsom for several years now, most recently for multiple microneedling treatments by Charley.

I have never had an experience that was anything less than exceptional, thorough and personal.

In particular, Charley is very personable and very informative. She knows everything there is to know about microneedling! I always feel that I am in safe hands.

All of the staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. There are also regular offers on treatments which I find to be very cost effective.
