Eric was very helpful and made me feel at ease with my order for my HikVision cameras I was unsure what I needed and he guided me through with all the questions he asked for my property’s needs and he recommended what was good to use.

I recently bought a Hikvision PTZ from ErTech.
They matched the best quote I had and dispatched the camera promptly. I found the telephone service friendly and helpful, both when ordering and when asking a technical question once I had fitted the camera and was struggling to identify it on a different subnet.

update 20/9/23. so after they failed to refund the money they owed me and promised to refund but failed to refund after 6 months, they then started harassing me with blasphemous text messages despite requests to stop. and then they left a review on google for my business even though they never used any of my products or services! completely dishonest company with absolutely no clue what customer service is.
