Don’t choose DHL as your delivery option
Espa products were fabulous as always, it was the delivery I had issues with. Delivery by DHL, driver could not leave package without me telling him a PIN number which had not been sent to me. A completely ridiculous situation.

I find oils more effective than creams
I find oils more effective than creams. Espa oils have wonderful scents. I follow their advice and breathe into my cupped hands before smoothing the oil into my skin. Love it.
Delivery always prompt. Surprised box was crushed. Fortunately, contents undamaged.

Shocking Customer service !
Ordered a number of items to the value of £160 for a gift !
Three items were damaged due to very poor packaging . I then spent the next two days chatting & uploading photographic evidence to
‘Bots’ online & was offered £3 credit off my next order (talk about adding insult to injury) I then wrote a review & received a message from Liam & had to
repeat the whole process yet again of uploading damaged goods ! He actually seemed half human & understanding until I received the replacement ! The one item i received for a replacement, wasn’t one of the three originally damaged, so I’ve still got three damaged items !
Absolutely shocking & useless Customer Service & would definitely not recommend using !
