time waster. never post the item and refund after 2 weeks. phone no answer and no replay email .

After ordering my item on the 18th November and after hearing nothing for a week I started to email them daily, no replies, phoned them numerous times (no answer) then after 10 days I receive an email saying status of order cancelled, no explanation, no apology and no mention of a refund, this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, I do not know how they stay in business, so now I start my daily emails to demand the money back that they have sat on for 10 days so far, please do not use this company

Easy ordering - Great price. - Great quality dishes, exactly what I was looking for.
On arrival some dishes were broken in transit. They were immediately replaced. The communication was excellent as was the resolution.
I would recommend Essentialfix,as a family company it requires support from returning customers,which I certainly shall be.

First time using this company and I am very happy with my experience. I found some really great offers in the Polyvine products I was looking for. Delivery was quick and items packed securely with extra tape around tops to avoid leakage. I will definitely be shopping at this company again, very happy that I accidentally found it 🙂

Ordered items that website said were in stock. Couple of days later got email saying they had none in stock.offered refund or told i could wait a couple of weeks for item to be restocked. Asked for refund but still waiting for it a week later

Product arrived on time and well packaged. The beading strips were all undamaged and of a good quality and were much better value that Wickes, BandQ. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this company to others .
