Estée Lauder UK Avis 

First class every time !
I have used Estée Lauder makeup for twenty five years . They are so helpful and pleasant . Twice during that time I have bought something that didn’t quite suit my skin . On both occasions they have been so very kind with a no quibbles attitude about customer care ,.and a prompt exchange for another product or colour . Congratulations on the service you always provide Estée Lauder , Well done !

I use these products regularly and tend to buy with third parties if there is an offer. Estee lauder had an offer that the time of my purchase and they gave me a free gift. The products are great, delivery was reasonable for me and they were packaged well.

(Shared on both Estee lauder and Estée Lauder UK) —- I typically look around for offers and gift with purchases (I’m a university student so every £ counts) and saw that every Friday they have gift deals . (1am Friday morning) the code couldn’t be applied therefore I guessed the system hadn’t updated yet . So waited for 9am to try again to see if it would work which it DID . I spent £118 on 2 items therefore qualified for the code to be used which successfully added it to my cart and paid . I got an email (invoice) showing my items and free gift . I received my item 7 days later with no free gift? Which didn't add up as I understand subject to availability but surely should have seen stock levels and removed it before I paid or mentioned to me or else I wouldn’t have spent £118 on items where I could get a free gift elsewhere . Worst of all because it was a code to get the free gift and it’s only one code per transaction I obviously couldn’t use my 15% which was fine at the time , but I paid full price for items used my code for the gift which I never received when really I could have just used 15% off and at least got something out of the amount I paid? I called the Estée Lauder line and (bless her) all the lady could do is say sorry for something out of her control and said she couldn’t send anything out as there were 0 in the warehouse , she said I could return and try another deal but when I asked if it could happen again she said it was possible. I find the online service pretty appalling for a high end brand if you ask me . Wouldn’t never buy Estée Lauder from their site again (I would try feel unique or look fantastic). I get were in a pandemic but as serums and makeup aren’t requirements I don’t see why they’re running orders if they can’t keep up with demand and keep putting sales/offers up

I’ve been waiting 8 days now for an order to be dispatched from Estée Lauder.co.uk. Money has been taken from my account and it’s still in their warehouse when I check. Now I know these are difficult times, but many other companies, equally as large and also smaller are managing to dispatch items much, much quicker. There is also no way of emailing them or contacting them in any way whatsoever, you just go round in circles on their website. I would not have ordered from them if I’d known this was going to happen. Very poor Estée Lauder.
