Staff at Evans Halshaw very good and explained what was necessary to me. They kept me informed regarding the servicing of the car and when it passed its MOT. I would definitely recommend them.

Fake report (after 12h since changing brake disc and pads they reported disc slight lip and 10% worn brake pads) Engine oil does not need changing after 11 months and nearly 10000miles.

Ignorant staff, poor communication, staff not knowledgeable about procedures or who does what in the showroom. Left waiting after being told to stand at an empty desk, no chairs available. Someone eventually relunctantly deals with me after im rudely told i should have made an appointment - maybe someone should have said that during the previous week you had the car in, instead of just saying come in anytime!

Service good, experience bad
Went for a simple service and oil change which went well which is where the positives end. Decided to a MOT without permission then broke my door handle (which they wanted to charge £168 just to investigate the issue) and said it wasn't them. Managers response it's a simple mistake but the mechanics are respectful to vehicles and what there doing. Obviously not if they are performing work without permission and damaging parts(which I have reconnected now)

A very satisfied customer thanks to the amazing Robbie of Citreon Leeds
I was visited Citreon in Leeds recently as I was having problems with my brand new Citreon C4 car, and was attended to by the amazing and phemominal Robbie in the Service section, who would move mountains to keep a customer satisfied. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional in explaining how to address all the issues I was having with the car. He came out with me and spent tine in the car, and painstakingly went through some important details of how to address all the issues I was having with my brand new car. The car now runs perfectly, thanks to Robbie. I am ever so grateful for his sterling and professional service. What a bright star and fantastic asset he is to his company. Every establishment needs a Robbie!
