The item was exactly what I needed, however it took way too long to arrive - over 14 days after placing the order. Yes it does say it on their website which I saw after I'd placed the order, but I do feel that in this day and age 14 days is unacceptable and I wouldn't order from them again because of this.

We ordered two water butts and some extras parts for existing butts. We are happy with it all and hubby managed to set it all up fairly easily (for someone who doesn’t naturally DIY). Delivery isn’t very quick but that is stated when ordering; about 2-3 weeks.

Purchased a couple of the 100 litre rainwater butts. Excellent value and at slightly lower cost than similar items at a local garden centre.
They fitted nicely in a limited space. Only two comments to make. The lid on one was quite hard to press and lock down in place. OK after slightly relieving the inside edge.
Small tip. When assembled, make sure the three piece base is oriented such that a concave face is under the tap. To begin with, I didn't. So I subsequently found I could not get a watering can close enough. I had to wait until the butt was empty before I could rotate the base slightly to correct the situation.

Lovely water butt, but poor customer service as not notified when being delivered and was away on holiday si left at front of house till we got home from same which was annoying, a quick email or phone call would have been nice...

Bought a water but a while back and was very impressed with it. So just purchased 2 more. Good quality products especially as made form recycled plastics. Delivery wasn’t the fastest but I knew that, as your are advised when you buy you may wait. Not bothered as I’d rather wait for a quality product than buy some quick rubbish. Very easy to put together and really good quality.

Good product (this is the fourth water butt I have purchased) made from recycled plastic; good delivery process and excellent customer service as 1 small item was missing but a replacement was posted to me as soon as I notified the company.

The large water butt arrived on my drive. It was the superb quality that I expected. It took me a little while to discover that the tap was secured to the base of the lid. It came with a thick neoprene washer so that it sealed well while being the correct way (straight down) after screwing it in. I built a base with small paving blocks and now it is working well.

Water butt arrived quickly and was easily installed - once we got some rain it was collecting raInwater very well.

I phoned to place my order. Customer service was excellent. Very reasonably priced; products arrived safe and sound. I would recommend this company.

Good quality product at a reasonable price. Most important, this is something to support the environment and is produced sustainably. Recommended, I would buy here again.

I purchased a water butt which developed a leak just over 12 months ago i rang the company and as the butt was guaranteed fot 5 years so they quickly despatched another free of charge whivh arrived in 7 days. Which fitted and now working very well. Good company and sorted out to my satisfaction.

I bought 4 water butts. They arrived when expected and I set them just before a shower. All four filled up, they were linked and attached to two down pipes. Exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately 3 out of the 4 taps leaked. I complained and received a quick reply asking for photos which were duly sent. I received three new taps all now fitted. However we had no rain!! We have now had rain and I can confirm that i know two of the replacement taps are working, the third water butt has not filled up so i can't comment however the thread seemed to fit better than the initial taps so I am hopeful. 4 stars for great customer service and a product which does the job I need. Would have been 5 stars if the original taps had fitted.

The company had the item in stock, explained the delivery lead-time and delivered accordingly. What else was there to do? I like people who do what they say.

Simple to order item online, quick delivery, item packaged well on delivery. Item as described/indicated. No problem experienced from initial order to delivery. Happy customer. Would recommend.

Have purchased a water butt from Evergreener before and it has worked well so when we wanted to connect another one to another downpipe there was only one place to go!
Installed without a problem, just need some rain now !!!
