Amaizing comunication With Steve about my Order
Really recomend Ewistore,But first off all Big Thank you To Steve he did amaizing with my order ,and i do have amaizing discount plus FREE DELIVERY, this won't happen if Steve doesn't help me,,rookwooll delivery wass done less then 2 days ,Really happy ,with product ,and even if I didn't know exactly what to order and what I needed Steve did really professionally !

Silicone render
Went to ewi store couple of times for silicone render advice. Steve was absolutely brilliant his knowledge about the products is exceptional. Really made my life easy. Great prices and excellent customer service from Steve. I will be definitely going back for my next project. If your looking this type of render go see Steve you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Excellent technical advice and service
The EWI Store helped me with my first external wall insulation project. Steve Bluff gave me great guidance on the product specification and also detailed advice on application of the silicone render. The materials were delivered swiftly and were good value for money. The project worked out really well and looks great.

I had an issue with some damaged items…
I had an issue with some damaged items done in transit. Which is something what tradesmen never want. I responded to the company and had the pleasure of being in contact with Amber. Who immediately resolved this, sent a replacement which got to me within 24hrs. No delay, long process. Perfect.

I have been using EWI for a few years…
I have been using EWI for a few years for all my silicone render. I ordered a tool I needed and it never got delivered to where I wanted. I contacted EWI customer support and Amber davis got my problem sorted and sent out a new tool without charging me. Even though it was a delivery company not EWI that made the mistake. Absolutely brilliant for EWI

Just attended the external render…
Just attended the external render training. Paul is spot on with his instructions and description of the system , friendly and a good teacher. As a hugely experienced installer, he knows the smart and correct way to get around any detail or solve any problem. It's given me a good overview of the process - I'm looking forward to getting some gear on a house and having them inspect it, soon.

Outstanding service from Chessington
For a woman sometimes going into a builders merchant of any kind, it can be daunting and intimidating when asking questions, that are most likely ‘silly’.
However today I visited your Chessington store where I was greeted by Sam.
He was attentive, knowledgable, professional and happy to spend the time answering my questions.
Also clearly he’s had a proper upbringing as he even offered to carry out my samples and tin of paint I’d bought in for a colour match as he realised I would struggle to carry my granddaughter and the paint etc.
It’s not very often that you are greeted with such a lovely and helpful young man like Sam. He’s clearly passionate about what he does too.
They have an amazing selection of products, cant wait for my builder to get the stuff on the house now!

EWI - Really a super company to deal with. I ordered render boards for a project that was then delayed. Re-organising delivery was seamless and communication excellent with the team at EWI. First class customer service and competitive pricing too.

Hi there folks I received an order from…
Hi there folks I received an order from EWI store of several over sills for my project, the were dispatched promptly and received within 48 hrs. However they were damaged in transit. When I phoned the EWI store and sent in photos of damage I received replacement goods within 36 hrs. Absolutely brilliant service and great products, superb delivery times.

One of the bags of render was delivered split and part of the contents had spilt out. Photo emailed to customer services and phone call from Amber in the Bradford office and a replacement was sent out the next day. Excellent customer service.
