Exclusive Mirrors Avis 

Ordered mirror 26th Oct 2018. Advised delivery would be no more than 30 days, this was advised after I paid and did not match advertised delivery date. Got no updates at all, I had to chase and chase, finally they admitted issues apparently with quality. Requested a refund, chased and chased for refund. To date I still have not received the refund of nearly £200. Shocking service.

The mirrors I received were brilliant quality and vfm. Would definately recommend

Beautiful mirror and now takes pride of place in our living room. Was made to order and took a few weeks to be delivered but well worth the wait.

Amazing product, good quality.
It is very large but delivery was not a concern and was very timely.

I am extremely happy with my mirror. It is very well made and arrived within the time stated when i placed the order. The price was cheaper than some of those for similar mirrors. I would definitely use this company again and have recommended to family and friends who have admired my purchase.

I love my mirror although after waiting for what felt like a very long time it arrived damaged (laughable considering the amount of packaging used to protect it) I did receive a replacement quicker than advised and that was fine although I didn’t get as much as an apology for the damage and disappointment. Unsure I would use this website again.

My experience with this company has been absolutely fine, with no issues with the product or delivery time frame.
Based off this I would use this company again.

Avoid this company like the plague payed £165 for mirror never came still waiting for refund 2 months down line they don't contact you or nothing* scammers*

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Ordered a mirror in October and rang in November to check where my order was, waited until mid December and then I got told the mirror 'failed quality checks' and as it was the last one in stock, I then had to wait until end of Jan. I requested a refund as I'd waited long enough and after reading more reviews on the company I was starting to regret giving them my money! I called, emailed and tweeted them for over a week until I finally got a response and was refunded my money. Appalling customer service, appalling company! DO NOT BUY!

Terrible customer service

Ordered a mirror on the 5th November and was told it would take 3-4 weeks. They took the full payment that day!

When we chased it at the start of December we were told it would be another 10 days, but with us before Christmas.

When we followed it up again we were told that it had failed their QC and it would take a further 4 weeks.

We cancelled our order and here we are 2 months after the original order date and still haven't had our money refunded.

They claim it can take up to 28 working days to refund the money. This is totally untrue and can be done immediately.

What an appalling company. Ordered a Mirror at the beginning of November and still not delivered at 28th December. They told me two weeks before Christmas that the mirror was with the shipping company and to contact them directly. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks but they have also not responded. Please do not use this company.

My husband ordered my mirror at the beginning of November. I asked for a refund over a week ago after having STILL NOT received the mirror. I am still without a mirror or our money back! My advice is DO NOT abit from this company!!! You will be left out of pocket without any goods! Disgusting service and just awful!

3 months in , no mirror, no refund , no replies , no one answers the phone ..... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - how on earth have they got a 6 from trustpilot with all these shocking reviews ?!?!

I am so disappointed!! The mirror that I ordered on Nov 11th as a Christmas present for my parents will not be available until w/c Jan 7th!! Apparently!!!??
The customer service advisor showed no remorse ! She bluntly advised that whilst they quote a lead time of 4-6 weeks that this only allows for production and not delivery times!!

In the time that I have been waiting, to add insult to injury the price of the mirror has been reduced!! I mentioned this to the call handler who suggested that had I have bought an item from a shop then realised that the item had been reduced a few weeks later would I have asked for a refund of the difference?? I had to point out to the adviser that her analogy was irrelevant as had I have been in possession of the item then I wouldn’t have expected a reimbursement?! To date I have nothing! I’m £138 down and no mirror! A sad endorsement at a time when we’re encouraged to support UK businesses.

Although it took a bit of time to arrive due to unforseen circumstances, I am delighted with my mirror. The customer services were a pleasure to deal with and answered any queries promptly.

Avoid like the plague. We cannot get a refund out of them after cancelling our order as they could not deliver on time :(

This company is as bad as Trustpilot. Given the number of negative reviews how on earth have they got the overall rating they have?
I cancelled my order after 2 months of waiting... to be told the refund could be up to 30 days... they have basically borrowed the money from me for over 3 months at no interest.
Do not use this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is honestly the worst company I have purchased from in a long time. 1. Ordered a mirror at the beginning of October and was told it could take up to 30 days to be delivered - it took 60 days!!! Then when it finally arrived it was faulty so sent it back straight away and was told my refund had been requested and it should be in my bank in 14 days. Now nearly 4 weeks later I still dont have my refund because apparently the courier they use haven't returned the mirror back to them, NOT MY FAULT/PROBLEM. They said they would ask their finance team to process the refund quickly and I would get an email once done, still haven't received an email or the refund and not they're not answering the phone or replying to my emails! PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF OF WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THE PITS
