I'm a new customer ordered channel perfume and recieved an random moisturiser that I never ordered and I'm annoyed that you can get both items mixed up especially the price but I won't be paying for my perfume until I recieve it .

Can no longer log into the account
Can no longer log into the account despite staff trying to pass off and say the account has not been closed, clearly it has as the account number is no longer recognised on their website, should have a contact number to speak to someone about this rather than just online rubbish. Takes forever to speak to someone online because no matter what time you enter the chat theres always 300+ people ahead of you. So i am unable to see the outstanding amount and can only pay the minimum every month, please sort this out
