Customer service is absolutely DIABOLICAL!! For the 2nd time ive had a parcel left right outside my front door not following delivery instructions. Items have been stolen suprise suprise! So tried contacting fashionworld through email and chat and phone, woman on the phone hung up on me, after taking me numerous calls and long wait to get through. Still not resoved 3 weeks later!! Trying again now on chat and still mo response it keeps saying im offline!!

8Fashion world has a great selection of clothes etc.
However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
After paying for a next day delivery, I was told my parcel would come a day later but here's a discount for your next order. Why spend more money when it's not my fault??
I've complained to the courier, but also the AI chat for fashionworld. No reply. Tried calling, no answer after the number selection. Messaged them, no reply. As I said, I paid for next day delivery. A week later, I still have no parcel. Very poor way to treat customers.

Placed an order on 19th November, package got delayed with evri until the “next working day” 14 days later and it’s still saying delayed! Fashion world customer service have been no help what so ever. Evri just send me back to fashion world when I contact them.

Had no issues for order or delivery...stock is good quality....will recommend:)

Quick and easy

Gone to buy an item today as a brand new customer and it’s being advertised at a completely different price to what it costs at checkout (£139 on the website, and in the basket and then becomes £206.10 at checkout) and thinking it’s an error as it’s currently Black Friday sales and everything is reduced, I decided to query it, I had to wait over a hour on web chat because each time I got down to 1 person in front of me it would put me right back in the queue to say 8-10 people in front of me and then when I finally speak to someone they just say oh it was probably on sale and now that sale has ended so the advertised price is incorrect. I queried advertising standards as it’s misleading to have a different price and I was just advised it would be reported to the website team and no honour system which is really disappointing and this company have now lost my custom. I have subsequently checked a few times and it is still being advertised as the lower price but the checkout price is still higher so really be careful of the pricing on this website and check everything you are buying!

Once again I never received an item from my order. I try message on the chat and I’m like number 300 in the queue. I email and they send me a generic email back which does not resolve my issue. I did not get a replacement or refund before and silly me ordering again won’t get a replacement or refund again. Just avoid. There is no customer service. Waste of money.

It went ok FR a while

I’d give this company zero stars if I could.I received a letter from them stating I had opened an account with them.I have not.I have never had any contact with them ever.The letter opens with ‘if you think this is fraud,then contact us’or words to that effect.I have told them it isn’t me,I have spoken to Action Fraud and the police,and now my solicitor is involved,but they still send ridiculous emails wanting to know personal details.I refuse to do this.I was a victim of online fraud a few years ago,and the police did actually investigate,and this is a continuation of it.I do not like bullying by anyone.Avoid this company

They send me a reminder when my payment is due and I can just click on the link to pay answer a few security
Questions and its done I don't av to bother goin on the site clear and simple instruction very happy with this method

BIG SCAM. Ordered two months ago. Haven’t gotten shipping info, only a fake confirmation email.

Am betting this payment went to pay JD Williams account and not Fashion world .. this is whats happening over the last 2 months.. somehow the wrong account number appeared when you updated my page .. thank you .. you have effected my credit rating.. am disgusted with your treatment despite my informing you on 2 occasions.
