Fast Fix 123 

a few months ago i took my mobile phone to Fast Fix in the Coastlands mall. The patience, courtesy, professional knowledge and skill of the agent made it a wholly successful visit.So today I took my ipad, which for some reason entirely unknown to me had stopped working. Within half an hour the polite highly skilled agent had fixed the ipad, on which (at age 88) I am very reliant for research and communication with family and friends. It was both prompt and economical. I cannot too highly praise this Fast Fix shop, it is exceptionally reliable and helpful.

Do not talk with these con artists.

Pretty sure this place has become a scam because when I paid 250 to get a virus removed with the stupid Antivirus they put on my computer. My computer has not started back up ever since my 600 dollar laptop is destroyed because this people target humans who don't know what viruss are and how to get rid of them. Thank god I have a tech as a husband now and can fix all the messed up this "company" did. Don't trust them they never call back until 3 years later?!? And want more money from you

I bought one of Fast Fix's service plans a year ago and they don't answer the phone anymore. The concept of remote computer repair is a good one, but once they sell enough of their so called "lifetime service plans" scammers like Fast Fix 123 seem to vanish into smoke.

Supposedly a Microsoft partner - they answered my call to MS support. They did a good job on the one time fix and I paid an outrageous amount for a long term service contract. They installed the fairly good antivirus software Webroot. Problem is, the way it was installed, I could not change the settings to allow installation of any new softwares, Could not uninstall either. Webroot and Microsoft techs worked for hours trying to, but I ended up having to completely reinstall Windows.

ive had unlimited suppert with fast fix going on a year matter fack i have three laptops inthe house they all have unlimited support ,for 15.00 $ amomth each computer. Any time i need somthin fixed just call them up,they useally jump on it , somtimes it takes alittle while. they always make it worth the wait sometimes I think i bug them to much !! their always curtiouss no matter the situation their always their thank you fast fix 123

These are all bogus reviews, go to Yelp and checkout the truth about this company. I just reported them the the FBI cyber crimes unit and I suggest anyone unlucky enough to have dealt with this "company" to do the same. They scam people who are not as technologically savvy as some of us. They infect your computer with malware and viruses so that you call them for a solution only to have them infect your computer with even more malware and viruses. Talk about creating a problem to provide a solution. Notice the dates and the tone to many of these excellent reviews. Even Apple Inc. doesn't have reviews this good. Perhaps they should have been a little smarter in their review scamming.

Hope anyone that was ripped off by this company pursues it further. I'll be contacting the West Palm Beach police department after this review.

I called Customer Service to have my woodroot transfered over to my new computer because my old one completley died. The gentlemen that I dealt with was very helpful and took care of me in a matter of minutes. The best thing about the whole situation is thst I didn't have to sit around and wait for him to finish. When he was done there was a big green check mark on my screen to let me know that the job was complete.

Rohan was very helpful, professional, great attitude and was very know-ledgeable and a expert dealing with the computers.

The service has been great, better than I expected. I still need to fix my DVD & I'll do that later as time go. My whole experience has been very educational. Thank you all, Craig, Daniel, and Shane, ect.

I find the technicians I work with are all very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to help with any issue in a friendly manner.

It was very good to have my computer showing more than just titles of all my emails. However, now, for reasons I do not understand, all the print has become "flea=sized"., including this comment. Perhaps since it is done by high tech using a remote, normal fonts can return to r this computer. Is this a hint, or what? Could you? Thank you!

I was wary of using FIX123 as I have been with other "computer fixers" over the past years. All my fears were resolved as I ordered the assistance I needed. I was sent to several techs who worked diligently on trying to solve the issues within my computers. Abra A came to help and succeeded in solving an existing problem but eventually deferred to Brian Milchman. Mr. Milchman called me and explained the problem with my "old" MAC. As he talked I realized that to upgrade my MAC would cause many more issues that only a new MAC could. He offered alternatives and when I agreed, he solved the problem with ten minutes. BRAVO!

Each tech was diligent in calling me back and providing service. I was very impressed. As a result, I have signed up for the monthly tech plan.
