Fast Fix 123 

Charged 455.00 spent over 2 days remotely working on a brand new computer. Which was under warranty with HP. Knowing it was under1 yyr warranty. Didn't say call HP they will fix for free. Have been calling since original job getting the run around. Computer still not fixed. My aunt has paid 2 times price of the computer in so called tech support repairs. Now they won't do anything. She stuck with a broke computer that's as yr old paid 640. 00 and to date 765. 00 for repairs and no one fixed it. Won't unless she pays them again. She had a monthly maintenance fee as well. Called all the time to get it fixed. Her agreement was cancelled in March. She's 79 yrs old had a computer for over 20 yrs. Let's just rip off another elderly person. I pray their elderly family doesn't get scammed and ripped off.

Trevor b was able to fix my problem in a matter of 20 minutes. He was probably the fifth or sixth person I spoke with...no one else was able to figure out my issue after 2 days. Thanks!!!!

When I called the first time I received a Tech that was very hard to understand, after a short time he turned me over to someone else that was easier to understand, he just told me to hang up and they would work on the unit , I was to watch for the green check mark which never did show up. This was a 6:30 pm on tuesday, at 8:00 A M this morning the work restarted up, I had to leave and returned three hours later to find that there wasn't any progress at all, returned a call that had been left on my answering machine and after a short time I received a call from Daniel who help finish up the job, he was very helpfull in completeing the job

The techs were very pleasant to deal with. Particularly Daniel E Tech 20. we did have to add another expensive program to augment the work done a month ago. Was a little upset that the work took 20 hour to fix, but the work still got done.

THIS REVIEW WAS WRITTEN UNDER DURESS, WHILE ON THE CALL TO THIS TECHNICIAN...I LATER DISCOVERED HE, LIKE THE 3 LEVEL MICROSOFT CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS BEFORE HIM, HAD FAILED TO RESOLVE MY TECNICAL ISSUE, SO ALAS I CAN NEITHER RECOMMEND THE COMPANY OR THEIR SERVICE, PROVIDED

I was having a terrible time doing anything on my computer, all the pop-ups and ads, couldn't even get to my accounts on line. I called this morning and they took over my computer and fixed everything for me , it took several hours but it was more than needed. Even after the fix was done they kept in touch to make sure I could use my computer. I will always recommend them. Stacie F.was the tech that helped me, I feel she really cared that everything was done correctly. I rate the service a 5 star.

I had problems with my computer being extremely slow and not being able to either get on the internet or stay on the internet. The staff at Fast Fix 123 Work vigorously to repair the problems for which I am very grateful. I was quite prepare to execute my own repair with a five pound sledge hammer.

Trevor B My computer had major issues. Trevor hung in there until all were fixed. Highly recommend this for tech support. Very very patient.
